J'adore Consignment — Local services in Bath

I want to give this shop a higher rating, because I try to support local businesses, but I feel they have room for improvement. To shop there is to spend too much for the quality sold and to try and consign there takes a string of miracles. You have to make an appointment, which is usually months out, but you can only MAKE an appointment at very select days/times of the week. Why does it have to be so complicated and such a deterrent to drop off some items to be sold? I kept trying to give them a shot, but it never improves. Will take my consignable items and business...

Very hard to get an appointment to bring anything in to sell. Have tried on numerous occasions and Becky is the only one who can schedule an appointment and she has not been there when I have stopped by or called. I can see why Becky would want to do the appointments herself but at least let someone else...
