My fiancé bought an engagement & wedding band set from here. The diamonds have fallen out continuously. The big stone, which was pear shaped literally just fell out one day. They sold it as it being gold and it is really rose gold dipped in gold. I get told every time I bring it up, that that isn’t true. We’ve had to pay every single time with large amounts of money to get the ring fixed and there’s still more issues. The ring they just tried to give me back the stone was tiny, not even comparable. Saying it could be this or that. I showed pictures to say that they’re being dishonest and left. I’ve gotten two bracelets from here also, which have broken. Do not shop here. They sell you faulty products and then charge you for repairs when they break only after a month of wear. This is not a reputable business and I will never spend another penny here.
