Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Baton Rouge

I placed a Chick Fil A catering order from the Mall of Louisiana location for this past Friday night (May 9), with very specific delivery instructions for a wedding party. These meals were for a wedding party to have a snack on the drive from the church to the reception venue. Chick Fil A was absolutely wonderful! Seth went above and beyond, even going so far as to set out the meals on the bus that was transporting the wedding party, and even left a gift for the bride and groom. My experience was great! Chick-fil-a has generally been one of the only reliable fast food chains in a long time. This visit was no exception. The employee made eye contact, smiled, and asked to take my order. My order was correct and the food was hot! They don't hassle you about extra condiments or give you one cheap napkin per order. But this review is for the Mall of Louisiana store. The employees work HARD to get it right, and they do so consistently. A mall food court is a tough place, and to keep CFA's high expectations and reputation is a big task.... But they deliver every time.
