I called this morning for gift wrapping that I had done there before for a fee since I did not purchase there I knew the policy and knew of the charge when I arrived with the gifts they gave me a look of shock and asked did I speak with the manager about this and proceeded to berate me and stress that I did not buy there which I already knew and I informed them I have received wrapping services before for a fee, them with no less that 5 06 six employees in sight then said oh we can't do it now can you come back.....don't offer paid wrapping service's if you don't want to wrap outside gifts, I drove all the way there for nothing..bunch of j Then be a jerk...

Awful. Will never go back. Merchandise was incorrectly price tagged, wrong stickers on multiple items. First cashier said once we had the box, she would fix the price to ring up correctly for the $35 sticker price Rather than the $48 it rung up at the register. Once the box came out with the second cashier it rang up at $60 and then they would no longer correct it to $35. The second cashier then told me that they didn't incorrectly tag it because they are trained how to mark stuff correctly and that some customer put the wrong tag on it. Funny, I watched as the first cashier tried to remove the sticker and it wouldn't come off...so how did a...

Shocking selection of gifts and collectables! Seriously, it was like a mind warp to see the size of this place when we walked in!! They have a Michigan keepsakes, U of M section, MSU section, Harry Potter section, Awesome greeting/occasion card section, etc., etc.! I was very pleased to find that they are a Swarovski retailer and was able to get a Stunning piece for our 15 year wedding anniversary!
