Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Battle Creek

Ordered the $19.99 Deal Lg Stuffed Crust (my favorite pizza of their’s which came with 2 8-piece orders of Garlic Parm wings (thought I’d try them.)

Order showed, the wings were so good and filling, I could only eat one slice of pizza. I expected the wings to be nothing more than breading with barely any meat in them. To my surprise, they were huge with large amounts of meat and covered in Garlic Parm sauce.

So today, I order it again. Talk about disappointment. See picture. My wings, bare as the second they were pulled out of the vat, with just a little bit of Garlic Parm poured into the bottom of the container.

What happens when I call? The usual when I call to tell them my order was wrong (yes, I said the usual - that’s how many times I’ve call to complain about my order not being correct. You’d think I’d give up on this store, and I pretty much have. The only thing they ever get right with any consistency is their breadsticks (best in the business)) they don’t answer the phone - they NEVER answer the phone.

It gets redirected to corporate, whom after I asked five times if this was the actual store or corporate she lied and said the store (I know better). The. She said let transfer tin to the manager so “they” (another give away, if she was in-store she’d know which manager she was working with and know if it was a “he” or a “she”, not a “they”. Transferred. Rung. Ring. Ring. Ring. Dial tone. Never answered.

Their customer service sucks. One time they sent me this heart felt (template) letter on how they feel terrible for not making me happy with my order and this letter serves as a free pizza order to replace the mistake. They wouldn’t let me use it unless I brought it into the store. I said, I want delivery. Why should I have to go out of my way to replace a delivery order you screwed up. About a week before the letter expired (yes, they cared enough to send it but not enough to ensure I could use it when I wanted to). I went on theatre with it. Geez.

Pizza hut is my boyfriend's favorite pizza or I wouldn't have even bothered to stop. I'm not a huge fan of their pizza, and every location I've ever been to has been run down with poorly trained staff with bad attitudes. Surprise! This location was no exception. The pizza was okay. My boyfriend enjoyed his, but I ordered a thin crispy crust and what I got was a thin tough crust. It was not crispy except for the totally dry edges. I will give them credit for the amount of toppings, I was surprised that the whole pizza was well covered.

When I walked in to pick up the pizzas, that the app said were ready, the young lady who greeted me was friendly, but clueless. I told her I had a pickup order and she disappeared. The woman who was running the drive through had to come over to have me sign for an order I placed online, I've never had to sign for an order paid for online, and then said it would be a few minutes even though the app tracker said it was ready. I stood in the lobby for another 10 minutes before I was handed my pizzas with an offhand "here you go". If it weren't for the fact that my boyfriend enjoyed his pizza so much this would have been a 1...

I’m 57 and this was the worse Pizza from Pizza Hut I’ve ever had. So sad, I live in Detroit and came to Battle Creek for business. I hadn’t eaten anything all day. Ordered Backyard BBQ Chicken pizza. Let’s start with taste, flavor was definitely missing. I added pineapple & banana peppers. Actually, no banana peppers in the center, just the edges. Very little chicken and only on edges. Pineapples were in center but not on edges. Very little BBQ sauce, could barely taste it. Pizza was delivered on time but still cold and the worst part was it was the dryest pizza (even for thin crust) I’ve ever had. Pizza Hut, the manager’s & employee that prepared this should be embarrassed. Medium pizza, cinnamon sticks, delivery fees, taxes & tip $35 Merry Christmas because this customer was totally ripped off. So disgusting & disappointing. What exactly is the Business Model here serving...
