I went to this location in December 24th 2022. I purchased medication $126 included 6 bottles of tea. I supposed to buy sweetened tea for my friend but accidentally I picked the unsweetened. One hour later I went back to exchange. The cashier who was name Evee told me “. You just go in there and get the sweetened just for exchange” but she didn’t tell me leave the unsweetened for her. When I came back with the sweetened tea then she told me” You go back there get the unsweetened back for me”. I went back and got tea back for her and she told me. “You have to wait! I need to take care 2 customers ahead of you and then you’ll be next”. Lot people were sick that day and they were coughing without masks.I really didn’t want to get sick right at the holidays. So I didn’t want standing next to coughing people on the line but I stood by the line because I thought my turn will be after 2 people like the cashier said. And she also had my tea and my receipt. I was waiting there at least 5 customers already checked out by her but wasn’t my turn yet. Then I saw another cashier opened other line. His name STEVE. He said” I can help the next person” but I couldn’t go to him because Evee (the rule lady) kept my receipt and my tea. I started look at her then she caught my eyes and said loud and rule to me” you have to get into the line. Otherwise, you will be stayed there forever”. Then I went to Steve the one who helped check customers out. I tried to explain to him the issued but he didn’t let me finishing it or listening to me then he said” you must be misunderstood and then he walked away. I felt awful, I felt like they betrayed me or racist me because I am an Asian. I just wasted my times there on Christmas Eve. Finally, I walked out with my tears and my unsweetened tea I picked it by mistake. I never want to go back there again. And I am not recommend friends and family go there. I recently had a very frustrating experience at this pharmacy. I am shocked by the incredibly slow service and lack of staff in the store. The drive-thru service was particularly terrible. Today, I encountered a situation where the staff member in the drive-thru window claimed to be unable to find my prescription, only to later discover that the clerk inside had no trouble locating it. This wasted my time and caused unnecessary frustration.
To make matters worse, the line inside the pharmacy was long and moved at an excruciatingly slow pace. Initially, there was only one person working the counter, which resulted in an extensive wait time. After waiting for approximately 15-20 minutes, another staff member finally arrived. However, this person's tardiness further highlights the evident mismanagement and lack of organization within the pharmacy.
I believe there is a serious issue with the pharmacy's efficiency and overall operation. The understaffing and lack of coordination are unacceptable, causing inconvenience and delay for customers like me. I hope that the management takes immediate action to address these concerns and improve the overall experience for pharmacy visitors.
Considering my experience, I cannot recommend this pharmacy to others and would suggest exploring alternative options that prioritize efficiency and customer...
   Read moreI am going to call fox 17 maybe the people who need to get prescriptions filled can actually get them filled... I had a prescription from Walgreen's on capital and Emmett that I needed filled but because of them closing at 6 the new prescription line referred me to 24 hours Walgreen's my husband goes to get the script and we get told oh we have to have verbal confirmations to fill it, but we do see u have two refills but because of it being zolpodiem we need them to say we can fill it, the pharmacy tells me that I need to actually talk to someone to get my prescriptions filled but u have to be transferred to there prescription line which is not even attached to the pharmacy... This is not the first time we have had problems they have used my name to fill my 14 year olds Ritalin they never even looked at the paper script with her name on it.. They have refused to fill pain meds especially if the pharmacist thinks u don't need them, and yes that was said, they have messed up insurance billing only on me and there is a total of 5 kids and 2 adults but they only mess mine up and no it's not Medicaid it's thru denso...really think maybe you should think of people not how much money you can make on people... I really think u guys need to be...
