I am floored to see all the negative posts about this location. I say this because they have been great to me on all occasions, between them and Walgreens on Gull road in Kalamazoo I couldn’t be more pleased. I enjoy going over to this Battle Creek Walgreens location because Battle Creek is where I fought for years in the Toughman contest at the Kellogg arena and winning it in 1994. In 1996 i started my illustrious more like Black luster, professional MMA career at The Kellogg arena.I fought on the same card with all time Heavyweight great Dan Severn and helped him the following year beat the legend Ken Shamrock as his sparring partner, also Jeremy Horn who beat Chuck Liddell and Travis Fulton who holds the most all time MMA wins with a record of 257-55-10 Mind Boggling and Pat Miletich the UFCs first light heavyweight champion. I know that was long but that’s why I’m at Walgreens to grab something for my battered and aging but streamline body and a little something to assist with my good looks. I can use all the help I can get!🤪Hope I got a few laughs as well as a few yawns?! Vaya con...
Read moreCustomer Service: Horrible. They will make you wait over an hour to talk to someone, then hang up on you when someone finally picks up the phone. They will snap at you and act like they don't want you to be there. Staff there is also RUDE
Wait Time: Good luck at the drive-thru! You could easily wait over an hour and watch them take care of customers in the line next to you that were previously behind you. Going into the location isn't much better.
Orders: They will consistently mess up on orders including not dispensing the correct quantity or even the meds you came there for.
Staffing: They are grossly understaffed and at times you only have one person running both the drive-thru and the counter.
Find a better pharmacy that has better customer service even if that pharmacy isn't open as long. At least you will be treated like dignity and get your Meds in the...

I visited Walgreens pharmacy's drive-thru today around 2:30 pm and was extremely disappointed with the service. Despite being second in line, I waited for 20 minutes behind a car that showed no signs of movement. There was no activity whatsoever, and it became clear that my time was being wasted. When I tried to contact the pharmacy by phone to address the issue, no one answered my call.
This lack of communication and efficiency is unacceptable. As a customer, I expect timely service and responsiveness, especially when it comes to something as important as prescription medications. Due to this experience, my family will be seeking another pharmacy to handle our prescriptions...
