I was in Bigby @1:10pm to order some Coffee. We ordered flavored Teddy bear hot coffee, bad "Latte of the Day." However, this has been the 2nd time I came here to this location. Where my "Latte of The Day" was forgotton. Now, whoever worked today. I've noticed all but one worker was running the cash register. I hears the others in the back room talking. My point to all this! Check your footage, camera! Everyone else got their orders. But mine was forgotton. My husband went up to ask about my Coffee. After 6 orders later. Mine was made. Yeah, I won't be coming here anymore. Looks like I'm hitting up Starbucks from now on! At least they won't forget my order..lol 😆 Hell, I even walked out of Bigby Coffee after this charades of chatterbox female workers. Once again, check your footage. Then you'll see how your workers did...

After coming here 10 plus times I will have to say that as much as I love biggby this location is the absolute slowest. Orders are not served in order and it always seems like the right half of the staff doesn't know what the other half is making. They also tend to make 1 drink on a multiple drink order and never have all of them ready at 5he same time. Hopefully with time the service will be more efficient but without a drive through I tend to visit the competitor across the street due to the slow service and lack of...

The coffee here is amazing!! I have been coming here ever since I first tried Biggby. The atmosphere and the customer service is incredible, all the baristas are very nice and friendly. Tess is always killing it and always makes sure I'm satisfied with my drink she does an amazing job! ❤️ I am always excited to get my coffee from here!! 10/10 HIGHLY recommend coming here, it's way better than Starbucks and definitely worth coming into...
