Horrible experience this go round. Cheap quality film . Had to wait a month to dry , went to another tint shop and they automatically peeled it off with bare hands in less then 10 minutes. Would never come back again !!!!!! Overpriced for horrible service . And I couldn’t even get a refund . Very upsetting

Since ; I couldn’t respond back to your message I would like to reply here , I’ve never not once said u was rude or disrespectful. All I said was the film was horrible because it shouldn't have to take a month to dry . Actually I gave you a second chance and got it redone after the first time … so I actually waited for another month for that to dry and still no different results. When I got my tints redone from another shop they said nothing is wrong with my windshield and not to mention I have a brand new Tesla with no imperfections … but the only imperfection that u guys gave me on top of the horrible tint job was a demaged center console . Remember when your guy did my tints the first time , I guess he left his lighter in my car and it burned my center piece . But that’s okay because that’s replaceable 😉 but yes u said u will give me store credit but what could I have got honestly ? My car is fully equipped already . All I needed was tints . U never stated (before I paid) that it’s non-refundable . but again these reviews are for customers like me to share our experience. No hard feelings . I brought my car in for a simple window tint, and they completely butchered the job. There were bubbles everywhere, and they didn’t even bother to clean up—leaving drip marks running all the way down my paneling. It looked like a rushed, careless mess.

When I went back, they claimed the tint was “insured” (whatever that actually means) and agreed to redo it. Somehow, they managed to make it even worse. There were more bubbles, scrape marks on the tint, and—unbelievably—they chopped up the paneling where the window rolls into the door. I have no idea how they managed to cause that much damage over a simple tint job.

The owner was rude and dismissive, making excuses instead of taking responsibility. Well, come to find out, his sister is the one who does the tinting, and based on the results, I’m convinced my 12-year-old niece could’ve done a better job.

To make things even more frustrating, he did offer to replace the damaged seam—but it took two months to get the part from him. He promised to fix it himself, but, he dodged every single one of my calls and voicemails. Clearly, once they take your money, they couldn’t care less about customer service.

To top it all off, the shop itself is just as sloppy as their work—dirty, dingy, and unprofessional. Ultimate Audio & Performance is a complete joke of a business. Save yourself the frustration and go...

Made an appointment for a Saturday, showed up and no one was there. Had to wait an hour before someone showed up and they didn't know I was coming for a tint job even tho I made the appointment and paid the deposit. Waited hours and finally got the car back. Not 4 blocks away I noticed a foot long scratch on the passenger rear window. I immediately called them and turned around. No answer. When I got there the place was shut down and no one was around even tho they shouldn't have closed yet (based on their hours). I called again, left a message explaining that I just left and made it 4 blocks before I noticed the scratch and tried to come back. Monday I get a call and the guy came off like I made the scratch and I'm trying to get it fixed for free. Based on other reviews I'd watch out for this company. If they do it right the first time you're all good. If you catch something wrong they try to play the blame game and are always on the defensive. I'm glad I took my daily to them and not my nice car. I won't be going back for sure.
