They can be about anything but being just. All the time I go there in trial, although many holes in the stories that police officers tell, the judge goes "I believe the cop. You are guilty! " I don't understand how "his word over yours" is "proof beyond any doubt." Has happened to me with both judges the Carpenter and the other one. I know what actually goes on. And that has nothing to do with justice. I drive a Porsche. And when the prosecutor sees that, she never offers any reasonable deal, as they usually do to others. The same with the judge. "This guy has money, he must pay!" End of the story. They don't care or ask, as they do the others, for any reason, or why this "rich" guy is willing to go through this? They don't know the hardships and financial problems I am going through. Bottom line i need to sell the car. Not because I did anything wrong traffic-wise. I am the same guy who used to drive an Acura and never get a ticket. It is simply because of the leftist mentality of the police officers, prosecutors, and judges. Today just came back from a joke of trial like this. The big-fat head judge articulating her idiot decision, a police officer lying, outright lying, under oath, a shameless and bias prosecutor all willing to punish me for something that God, police officers, and I know very well I didn't do. I had a court date today and the judge was disgustingly nasty. During this horrible time you would think that people would appreciate just being alive. I advised him that I keep getting tickets for the money I add to the my2park app. I have proof which he totally wouldn't acknowledge, like what would I get from being dishonest and treating me like Im nothing. I don't know if its the color of my skin. But, what I do know Im not alone all the physicans I work with in bayonne receive tickets as well. Someone need to give him a class on how to be more respectful to people. I'm just glad I only work in this town...

I was stopped by “rogue cops” who harassed me based off my looks. I was told that I am a criminal, I was told that have I been arrested many times (lies, I do not smoke nor have I ever been arrested) They went on to tell me that I was not supposed to be in their town nor do their town accept “ people like me”. Just because of the address my Drivers license displays. I am kindly asking everyone who is not apart of their “community” to kindly stay away !!. It is not a safe place to be in.
