CVS Pharmacy — Local services in Bayonne

I went there to pick up my medicine for the 3rd time The first time I went. They said that they haven't received anything from my doctor. Dr told me he called it in. So I went back the second time and asked was there anything They told me no. So I called my doctor he said he called it in for a second time. He told me when I go back ask if they checked The voicemail The young lady told me she did and there was nothing there. So I went back for third time. The young lady told me she checked the voicemail and she didn't receive anything. I called the doctor why I was there. And and we are telling her. That it was called in So now she's checking and she says she still don't see anything but she said I didn't have a own refill that I can use And this is what I asked her the first time I was there and she told me no Now she's saying I do. While I was there, my doctor is calling the phone and no one's answering. So if no one is in the phone, I'll think no 1's checking...

Once again another example of an outlet with bad customer service. Been here several times and the employees always seem inconsiderate, and sometimes rude. I witnessed the employees close the gate on a customers face. All the customer wanted to do is hand over a piece of paper with their info . A simple task. All they had to do when they saw the customer arrive is say that they were closing in the next few minutes and would not be able to perform any transactions. And when customer says all they wanted to do is drop off this paper with their info is take it and say thank you. But again curtesy is not in their vocabulary. Felt so bad for this person. Unfortunately, can't leave a negative star rating cause this is exactly what these poor...

I cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service provided by Maria at CVS Pharmacy, particularly on a challenging holiday like July 4th.
