This review is a 0 star as this company is absolutely dreadful to work with. I live between Florida and Sault Ste Marie and ordered 3 mattresses unseen after one call with the owner. Due to a work trip, I was unable to be present for the delivery but had a family member there to open the door. I wrote this on email to the company and that if they were unable to deliver inside that I couldnt accept delivery. Finally the 2 guys showed up and dropped the mattresses in the kitchen inside the front door saying “this is as far as we will go”, curbside only. If you want to spend $2000 per mattress, I recommend buying from a place that values customer service instead of dropping the mattresses at the front door. I would never purchase from this company again and would never refer them to anyone looking to upgrade...

Tori was an absolute delight to work with! We needed 4 mattresses and were working with a tight budget. They had a nice selection of really comfortable mattresses at great prices. We shopped around a little at other places in town and there was no other store with comparable mattresses at that price point. On top of finding great mattresses we were then able to have them conveniently delivered the next day for a reasonable fee. Tori has been communicative and helpful through the process, even when we made a last minute change on the size we wanted and texted her at 8pm on a holiday weekend! We had an amazing experience with Juli at Mattress Clearance Center of Northern Michigan! She was so great to work with and came into the showroom to meet us at a time that worked for our schedule. Not only are the mattresses priced right, but they are also extremely high quality and we have had amazing sleep since purchasing! Juli and her husband were incredibly kind and accommodating, delivering the mattress to our house in Charlevoix same day and helping to get it up the stairs. They were also able to accommodate removal and haul away of our previous mattress and box spring. We will continue to work with them for all of our future...
