Ok Update of a Update May 19th, 2021

Was out in Petoskey needed to get a few things look at there a Meijer with a Biggby of course one of my favorites 😎.

I tried the smore's latte iced I liked it of course not my favorite like the sparkling strawberry hibiscus mocktail drink. But i.like trying different stuff also I did try the horchata oat latte was good I liked that also.

The ladies were very nice an hard working will add photo 😁🧋🧋🧋

They better hope i never hit the lottery big im buying a biggby an getting free coffee...

Not very friendly, did not even acknowledge I was waiting to order until she completely finished the previous customers order. Just a quick “Hello, I’ll be right with you” would have been great. If there is only going to be one person working they need to be trained to multitask a bit. My drink could have been started instead of standing there watching the bagel go through the toaster. Food handling (not changing gloves) was also a concern. I don’t think I will order food again after seeing it made. You’re forcing me...

Love the atmosphere of this biggby- however both times I’ve stopped in my order was slightly wrong. This is simply because of it not being read back but I could tell the barista was new both times I was in there. I would stress the importance of that as a barista myself I know how much remaking a drink can slow down the line. But overall the products were still amazing and corrected promptly.
