Gamestops policy is 15 days even during the holidays. The Christmas return window does not even start until Nov 17. He was able to determine that I had let my pro status lapse. So, I had to pay 25 to extend the return window to 30 days. He used all my accrued points and I ended up paying 10 bucks and was then able to get a full refund. So if you shop Gamestop..go pro...
