The young man behind the counter was extremely helpful. I needed to return an unopened game that I purchased for my daughter..some how I pre ordered 2. Gamestops policy is 15 days even during the holidays. The Christmas return window does not even start until Nov 17. He was able to determine that I had let my pro status lapse. So, I had to pay 25 to extend the return window to 30 days. He used all my accrued points and I ended up paying 10 bucks and was then able to get a full refund. So if you shop Gamestop..go pro... If I could give them 0 stars I would. Ordered ps3 refurbished online. Console came with multiple issues. Clearly whoever packed it, never tested the system. Process of returning and obtaining refund in progress. Getting someone on the phone almost impossible. If you succeed most likely you get someone who cannot help you.
