UPDATE 2 BELOW AFTER ORIGINAL UPDATE: I have been happy with this smoke shop pretty much as long as it’s been open. They order a brand of tobacco that smoke shops normally don’t carry which I really appreciate. Today however I bought a glass piece, which the employee double wrapped for me. By the time I got it home without dropping it or having any kind of incident that would cause it to break. It broke. Having been a glass blower in a former life I know that it broke Right at a joint which was clearly weak and not melted together properly. I called to inquire about an exchange and. Was told all sales are final and there was nothing they were willing to do because it was “intact” when I left. I spend a lot of money there weekly with the really expensive tobacco I smoke on top of the glass I pretty regularly. They lost a customer today. I will be having another smoke shop order my tobacco and will be patronizing them from now on. Which is a shame because I’ve never had a bad experience before. UPDATE: I have emailed my phone number along with a detailed email about what happened. As the owner requested. So that he could figure out what happened and what “they” could do to make things right. At this time I still have not heard back from anyone at wild bills and it has been over a week. It seems that the “help us make it right” was just lip service to show anyone viewing this review that they are concerned about customer service and satisfaction and take steps to make it right. When in fact they don’t. I’m a pretty reasonable person and would be willing to adjust my review accordingly but they have done nothing they said they would do. which was contact me to find out what happened and how they could make it right. UPDATE 2: the district manager called me and refunded my money and was very pleasant. I understand the employees were just doing their jobs. Read moreThe employees here can't get a SINGLE product correct when we shop here even when you specify EXACTLY what you need. When you call to see if they have something before driving all the way to the north side of town, they always say they have the product and almost never do when you get there 15 minutes later. At this point I not only don't want to shop here, I actually feel like I'm owed money for the $100's of dollars spent on incorrect products that can't be returned and gas money wasted when they blatantly lie and say they have a product that's out of stock. Read moreI was in the other day and was sadly disappointed in the amount of inventory they had, regardless, Fabian was working and was probably the coolest dude I've ever spoken to inside there. He was so nice and went into the back(after going through pages of their stock) where they had just gotten a shipment in and searched through boxes of vapes for 2 that my husband and I wanted. That's wonderful customer service and even though he had customers walking in throughout this time he continued to have a friendly disposition and help everyone in a timely manner.
