Horrible customer service. Decided to buy 2 puff bars, good prices but one did not function properly. After buying I opened both and tried them out before leaving. One lit up blue and the Banana Ice lit up orange. Went back and asked if it was supposed to light up orange, he said it was fine even though all the other puff bars I’ve gotten light up blue. The puff bar was out not even a day later. Went back in and he gave me an attitude, making it seem like I didn’t know what I was talking about. The deal he gave me was giving me another malfunctioning Banana Ice puff bar for half price. I said I was going to make sure it didn’t light up orange but it did. I said I wasn’t buying it because its lighting up orange. He gave it to me and took the old one, but made the remark of “you just lost me $10 and you’re causing trouble” as I walked out of the door. Store clerk was prompt. Store was clean and well stocked but this male individual clerk was sorely lacking in customer service skills. Clerk was very abrupt and exihibited no indication that he was willing or interested in answering my questions regarding two products I was interested in purchasing (coils and juice). Clerk did not welcome me into the store although we made eye contact as I entered nor did he thank me for my purchase nor ask me to return.
