Go here if you like to feel judged & uncomfortable! Just left there to bring in my ring that we purchased from Alters in 2014, for $21,000 might I add.... I guess if you don’t look the part, they’re not interested in helping or even acknowledging you. I walked in as the lady was changing the closed sign to open, 2 ladies at the door, not one of them even looked at me or said a word, I literally trailed in right behind them, they both walked off never even asking what I needed. I’m the only one in the store with everyone literally staring at me.... no one said hi or can they help me... I finally said I needed to get my ring repaired. Don’t they know never judge a book by it’s cover? They made me feel unwanted & were so rude & unwelcoming. Sorry I didn’t look rich today, they had no idea if I was a millionaire or not, why treat people this way?! As a customer who has spent that kind of money there, I would expect to be treated better, honestly regardless if I spent $10 or $10,000. If I didn’t have to continue going every 6 months to stay on their “warranty” I would never step foot in there again!!!! Oh also, don’t miss going every 6 months, because your warranty is now no longer good so you have to pay for repairs 🤦🏼‍♀️ Unbelievable ($80 to fix a tiny fallen...

Alter's is the best Rolex AD you can work with and SE Texas and SW Louisiana are fortunate to have this experienced team in our neighborhood. Their sales personnel, particularly Jason who I work with, are all the top of their game.

Jason is not only incredibly knowledgeable about the brand and a true professional but he's also just a really good guy who is fun to talk to and makes you feel at ease about the entire waiting and buying process. If you're on the fence about whether to walk in and inquire about the Rolex buying process, don't be. There's nothing pretentious, unwelcoming, or off-putting about Alter's. It is the complete opposite experience and the team will get you very excited about the brand. While you're there, you should have them show you what other pieces they offer. Jason has helped me pick out a number of items and was never pushy. Instead, he showed me a variety of pieces and helped me be the hero this Mother's Day.

Showed up today at 10:15am to purchase a watch from alters gem on Dowlen . Walked in the store to buy a rolex and instantly I felt out of place. No one hardly wanted to speak to me and they kind of acted inconvenienced that I was there asking questions. I'm not gonna lie I walked in with my wife looking like I was headed to the beach but that shouldn't matter in customer service. I told the lady I was looking at buying 4 rolex watches and she told me she would take down my info and give to the owner. I explained to her 1 of the watches I would like to leave with today. I was told that none of the watches on display could be sold and that there was no way I could purchase a rolex today anywhere. So I left the building drove down the road where I was very welcomed into the store and in 30 minutes I made my purchase and was out the door.
