Shopped at the PetSmart store and felt that the staff did not want me shopping there. Was shopping for an aquarium and spent $440 but got short, curt answers to my questions. The sales person stuck the sales tag for the aquarium on the box of the canister that I was also buying. The cashier removed the tag from the canister box and rang it up and the water treatment, but after I was in the parking lot putting the items in my car, she ran out and shouting I had not paid for the canister. With everyone staring at me I checked my receipt and saw she had not rang it up. As a 61 year old Black man who has never shoplifted or stolen anything in my life, I felt humiliated, and couldn't understand how everything had been rang up including the aquarium except the largest item on the counter.
