Chaotic ordering situation, people just walking around the drive through. I interacted with 4 different people when ordering 3 beverages. They were all nice but I was asked multiple times if I ordered and how many drinks I ordered. They gave me my drinks before I paid so I had to wait in line to pay for several mins after I got my drinks. I wish they had an app so that I could place an order at my own pace and also pay instead of having someone walk next to my car as I tell her my order. It was an introvertâs nightmare as far as how many people I had to interact with.
I ordered salted caramel cold brew with cold foam. It tasted like plain black coffee (espresso maybe because it was SO STRONG) with ice. No cream. No recognizable caramel taste. I asked about the taste since it was my first time ordering cold brew here. I was told that all cold brew is strong (this was more than just strong) and that I could add creamer to it at home and that would help. They did offer to remake it by the end of the conversation but I declined because I didnât want to wait. I am a very experienced coffee drinker, so I know what to expect from cold brew (I drink cold brew daily) and this wasnât it.
Not a fan of the blasting music that made it hard to hear to order and employees were dressed poorly, white tshirts with sharpie writing on them and some in pajamas!
I do appreciate that they offered to remake it and the line went faster than I expected based on how long it was. Everyone was reasonable polite, but not friendly which is fine but not great. Iâll try 7Brew again and give it another shot but this visit was meh.
UPDATE after several visits. I would still much prefer to order on an app or screen. Donât like ordering with a person walking next to my car.
SUGAR Free options are confusing. Some sugar free items have lots of carbs (all of the sugar free sauces!) itâs almost impossible to figure out nutrition info so if you have diabetes, you just have to give it your best guess and prepare for anything.
Delicious drinks tho, so Iâll keep coming back⌠hoping the order situation improves.

We pull up to where you receive your drinks and the girl asked us if we had ordered some kind of energy drink in which I said no and told her what we did order. She then said the girl who took our order messed up and rang us up for the wrong drink and she said âIâm not sure if theyâll be okay with making you a new drink if the one that was placed is already made but I can askâ What do you mean I might not be able to have the drink I ordered simply because the girl who took my order accidentally rang me up for a completely different drink????? Her and some other girl came back and said âdonât worry I made the right drink. She rang you up for the cinnamon roll iced coffee but right now we all know that means the pumpkin roll iced coffeeâ Then they went on to hold up the second drink I ordered and said âsoo you donât want this one?â And my husband and I werenât sure why they would ever think just because they made one of the drinks the wrong drink we wouldnât want his coffee that we also ordered that we never said we didnât want. As we drove off I took a sip of my coffee and they lied to me it was the cinnamon roll iced coffee so they lied to us.
Even when the girl that took our order was taking our order she seemed very frustrated and upset for some reason. She was having trouble working her iPad when taking our order because of her acrylic nails but when we were ordering she kept saying to herself âwait what??â And making annoyed noises and I even asked her âis everything okay?â And she said yes but still seemed to be having trouble so I asked her âyou guys do have the pumpkin roll coffee right?â And she said yes but then she for some reason got so fed up she didnât finish completing taking our order and asked us to just go pay when we receive our drinks.

Pros: They have a cool old school system of ordering, where the drive through is manned by employees taking personal orders on tablets that they then have you pay at small registers further up the lane. The staff is very friendly and helpful and they have many different drinks and syrups to make great custom drinks. My boyfriend ordered their white chocolate mocha, which was pretty good. The consistency was surprisingly thick for coffee, but was still tasty. The drink prices were also much more affordable than places like Starbucks.
Cons: They don't have their menu posted any where, so if you've never been there before you need to know what you want in advance or risk holding up the line. I got an iced coffee with toasted marshmallow and lavender syrups with oat milk. Had the kind staff tell me this was the start of my new "coffee addiction", which got me pretty excited. However, first sip told me otherwise. Unlike my boyfriend's coffee, mine was the opposite. It was very thin, almost like water with a splash of coffee in it. The taste of the lavender came through more than the coffee taste itself. It was also lacking sweetness and the toasted marshmallow was lost somewhere. I might have just made a mistake in doing a custom drink.
Overall review, we had a 50/50 experience. One decent drink and one that needs heavily doctored at home. This won't be our last time trying this place as they have a banana bread iced coffee available, so I would recommend trying it knowing that any time you try something new it's...
