Went for my mother's birthday and everything was atrocious. We used to love going here but it's been a while and the experience was not like we remembered. There was a swamp of dirty water we could see in the kitchen from our table. Looked very dangerous. I felt bad for the waiters and cooks. There were 2 managers that didn't left the finger pretty much the entire freaking night which if you ask me is pretty sad because they told us an hour and a half wait when we got there even though the parking lot was practically empty there weren't that many people. They were only catering to the people at the bar where the biggest tips come from. I had a Blue Moon beer.... The glass was dirty It tasted like soap. Half of the things on the menu were not available. Our waitress she did a good job but she was just a kid and honestly my biggest issue is ownership and management not the staff The staff was doing the best they could with little to no leadership I don't know how you could have two managers sitting in there literally the entire time and they're not lifting a finger to help their staff? Is there a collect the check I guess you guys either should pay them better and get some better guys or lower your prices because that whole endless fries thing well of course it's endless fries because they only get like 10 french fries. It was very skimpy. Nothing at all like we remembered it being is it used to be a very enjoyable experience to go to Red Robin. There's a very very strong chance we will never go back again especially on my mother's birthday of all times That's extremely important to me that she get to have at least one good day when the woman is pretty much a saint and does everything for everyone with Everett without ever complaining. Management that was there that night should be ashamed of theirselves and I know whoever's in charge of making sure that that restaurant's running smoothly is doing a terrible job we were informed at that whole swampy situation and all of that have been going on for 3 weeks does cooks and waitresses should not have to walk through that stuff. I highly advise anyone thinking about going to Red Robin because they have fond memories of it to not go it's not like...

Alright. I'm pretty sure I'm done with Red Robbin. After recent pleasant experiences I let my guard down. I ordered what has become my usual. A Burnin Love, with grilled chicken in okace of the beef patty. No other changes. Well, last Friday the piece if rubber that was served to me was probably less tender than the fancy rubber imitation display items in other restaraunts. The very young kid that claimed to be the manager was not the manager I met last month . He kindly offered to remake my meal. I do not send food back. Ever. I said no thank you. I ate my fries and drank my tea. At the end, I was charged for a fry refill and an iced tea. This is not something I would argue over. I left about 140% tip for the wait staff because the dude is always awesome to our group. Again, we come in every Friday. Except today. Today we are going elsewhere. The group may return next week, but I will not. I do not ever want to eat at Red Robbin again.
UPDATE. 28 June 24
Returned with some friends today. Met the new manager Cliff who was very friendly and professional. He stopped by our table after we had already received our food and had a chance to enjoy everything. And the food today was fantastic. I intentionally order something with some additions and everything was just as it should have been. The only thing I would change from my visit today would be the AC and the music. The radio was fairly loud which made it difficult to converse, and the AC was pretty cold. Most of my party ended up wearing sweatshirts.
APRIL 24 This might be my last trip to Red Robin. The food has continued to decrease in value for the past year or so. Burgers are smaller. Prices are higher. And flavor is rare. Service is always wonderful. But the food just sucks. I meet with a group every Friday and today's burger was so blah I think I've decided I won't go back. How can you cook a burger with lettuce, cheese, tomato, and an egg, and not have any flavor? Must have boiled the patties. I don't know. I think I'm done. Shame too, next visit and I get a free burger. Not that I'm...
Read moreWent here for my birthday with 4 family members on 12/28/23 @7 pm. We were told 1 to 1.5 hour wait even though the parking lot wasn't full and there were many empty tables. They said they were short staffed. Understandable. We decided to wait as we had planned this visit for several weeks. We were sat across from a kitchen entrance and we could clearly see the condition of the floor. Many employees had to carefully navigate the wet, grimey, trash littered floor without falling. Our silverware arrived either dirty or some type of scum that could be wiped off. When it came time to order they were out of many items we tried to order... sweet tea, brussel sprout appetizer, ribs, mushroom burger, bacon cheddar fondue burger. And we could not order shrimp or fish n chips because seafood fryer was down (we were told it had been diwn a few weeks). Our server Laney was awesome in every way. Very apologetic. Other servers were also busy non-stop. No paper towels in women's restroom. Barely a handful of cold fries on our plates. I began to wonder where a manager was. No one checking on tables or appearing to assist employees as is customary when short staffed. I asked where management was and 2 younger gentlemen were pointed out in the dining room. We observed these 2 "lounging" about and chatting together for the next 30 minutes. They were still there as we paid and left. I asked the hostess their names- Seth and Hoolio. They may need some additional management training in hospitality, sanitation, and work hazards. Maybe not "hang out" in the front end while doing nothing. Kudos to the rest of the staff who were doing their part to keep things running. We are patient and understanding with short staff and supply issues but we kind of lose that when cleanliness becomes an issue and management is not jumping in to help address conditions, or even checking on guests. This used to be one of our favorite places to dine but we won't be back to this location. Very...
