Update: Never received a return phone call from the manager like I was told. Also, it seems they donāt respond to negative reviews only positive reviews. Terrible company. We own a business and we always respond to negative and positive reviews. Otherwise, how do you keep loyal customers and make up for your mistakes. Went to Morris instead and bought a bunch of furniture and was treated right!
Terrible store, terrible customer service and crooks. The manager lied straight to my face regarding the product I wanted to purchase. She told me she was going to get me NEW product for the same sale price of the floor model that sold but instead of new she lied to me and was going to be sneaky and send me the floor model from the Cincinnati store. She flat out lied to my face with no intentions on getting me the new product. If she couldnāt get me the price on the new product that would have been ok but at least tell me the truth and not lie to me. I will never do business with this company. I will take my business to Ashley, Morris or even Furniture Fair before ever purchasing anything from here. We own a business and we would be out of business if we lied to customers like this company has done. What happened to being truthful and honest if you canāt do something!
