If I could give no stars I would! I placed an online order for items I was buying for my granddaughter. The order was over $400! My granddaughter received the package and only 2 of the 5 items were in the package and 3 items were missing (which I paid $267 for!!)! The receipt in the package showed all 5 items and the information on the website showed that all 5 supposedly were shipped in one package. I have made many calls regarding this matter. I was finally able to file a claim (you have to wait 24 hours from the delivery date) and even then you supposedly wait 2 or 3 until they do an investigation and will offer the most "reasonable solution!" I am out $267 for which I received nothing. I asked to have this elevated and the customer service rep states that is not possible. I have only purchased in store previously. If you order online be aware that you very possible could be ripped off. I have read other reviews that pretty much say the same. Others have lost money too and have had no resolution. It will be a cold day in hell before I do business with this company again AND their merchandise is outrageously priced. I went in there to get the shoulder bags for my kids and started looking at hats as soon as my kid put her hat down as she was trying on another on manager there grab the hat and put it back And being the only black person there that was being followed, watched I know the manager was being very racist. I asked for the manager and was told it was him and I asked for anyone higher than him I can speak with speak to another gentleman came in. I told him what happened and he tries to tell me maybe I took it for a mistake. He's just putting it back, but I didn't even have a chance to choose which one I want. He just snatch it out of the table as I was trying on the other one.He was not doing his job. It was someone being racist towards me and my daughter....

I had followed the instructions, and the seams still split apart, so I brought it back to the store to see what they could do. Honestly, I wasnât sure what the policy was and thought for sure I was out a $200 jacket. Emma, was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. She exchanged my ripped jacket for a new one, and even suggested some other ways of washing and drying to keep it from happening again.
