We went to return product, the person handling the transaction said she was the manager yet had issues finding items from a web order. This isn't the first time that the person handling the transaction had issues with parts of the transaction, sounds like a lack of training. She left us hanging in the middle of the transaction to get the backdoor, there was another associate working who could have handled that and not left us in the middle of the transaction. Poor customer service! Wouldn't return an item because it had been washed and had a defect, the defect in the item didn't appear until being washed. the workers at the Fairfield mall are ever so nice, but at the Greene, not. There is one worker that every time I order to be delivered at the store, she is a rude and mean person. Every time I go there. I'm not using this location anymore. Okay selection, customer service seems lackluster. Google said this location opened at 10AM I arrived at 10:48 in the pouring rain to find the doors locked. Listed opening time is 11AM on the door.
