I didn't want to rate this store because of one bad apple but here we are. I have waited to write this review. I recently had an encounter with a barista named Anastasia who made my drink wrong and had an attitude about remaking it. I'm a former employee and watched her make it incorrectly leaving out the two expresso shots that cost money to add. FIVE days later I orderd my drink and sat inside and overheard her RIGHT IN the store front boasting about how she's been waiting for my drink to come through because she has beef with me s's been thinking for days what she is going to do to it. Beef with me because she made my drink wrong five days before and I asked her to remake it. I called for the managers number which I was given the wrong number. Easy enough to find, so I spoke with the district manager SIX days ago now with no resolution or follow up. My drink has been wrong 3 times since then when I order the same exact drink twice a day. The morning staff are AMAZING, polite, fast, all the things you expect from a coffee shop. When there's an issue they are pleasant to deal with and no rudeness whatsoever. I have never had a problem that wasn't fixed with the morning staff members. One told me their expresso machines are old and they won't replace them and that's probably why I'm not recieving the correct expresso. I spend at least $17 dollars on two drinks a day and you're telling me they can't replace their broken machines. So many problems with this. So since calling corporate and speaking to management does't matter, there's the dreaded social media posts that seem to demand resolution. So! I would like to remind everyone two coffee shops are across the street and the Coronel Glenn location doesn't skip a beat making my drink right and always has my dogs pup cup ready. Read moreThis is the worst Starbucks I have ever been to and I will never order from here again! If I could give 0 stars I would! I Placed a mobile order today for pick up prior to going in to work. Walked into the store only to be told by a rude barista that their cafe was closed and I would have to go through the drive thru. I had 10 minutes til the start of my shift at a hospital and the drive thru was 10 deep with cars in line. I tried to explain this and rude barista just kept saying “cafe is closed and you will have to go thru the drive thru!” Another staff member (also rude but a little more helpful!) chimed in and attempted to look for my drink which she could not find. I showed her my phone with my mobile order pulled up saying it was ready for pickup. She confirmed the order was placed at the right store but told me there was no drink with my name on it. At this point I was extremely frustrated and I asked for a refund. I was basically told they cannot issue a refund in a tough luck kinda way and if I wanted a credit back then I would have to call their corporate HQ. You guys prepping my girlfriend's coffee is an integral part of her functioning as the star employee that she is. You guys have come through every time so far except this time. I know this is not the employees fault but an issue with supply. For whatever reason your store was out of very important supplies for her and whoever else didn't get their coffee today 😮💨. Now I'm sure you guys will be up and running and helping us all get by with providing the great juice of the sacred coffee bean.
