I can’t say enough good things about Scott from Ari Diamonds! After looking at the typical Shane co. ETC places me and my fiancé were referred to Scott and I’m so happy we were! Going in we were a little hesitant because we had now clue were to start and I’ve always thought a custom ring would be way more than the pre-made brands. Boy was I WRONG! From beginning to end they were so honest about every step. I’ll take you through the process that we went through. We went to the store(I had a couple designs in mind). Scott sat us down and drew out my top two options. We went to his computer and looked at diamonds. He priced out the two different designs, and told us EVERYTHING! From the diamond price, to how much platinum needed, and his hourly rate. Once I decided what design I wanted he went to work right then and there! He made a 3-D image of my ring within 15 minutes and I approved of that first design. He later sent me the second round of a more detailed 3-D image where I decided that I wanted to update it and he made that so easy to do. I came in the store 1 week later where he had the model printed and the diamonds ready for me to look at. I got to feel and do one last final approval before he got started. Once that was done he had the ring completed within 2 weeks. I love my ring SOO MUCH and he was so fast and precise...

Scott provided a wonderful experience! I am a very discerning customer and spent a long time scouring the internet for the best deals. I needed an engagement ring for my (then) girlfriend. I happen to have noticed the shop when driving by before and out of curiosity stopped by just to browse. Scott loves making custom jewelry, and it shows. I never would have thought that custom jewelry could be so affordable. I did end up spending more than my favorite online ring, but I got so much more for my money that it wouldn't even be a fair comparison. And everyone that's seen the ring is so impressed with the extra meaning behind the custom job. Needless to say my (now) fiancé LOVED it! Here's how it works: Meet Scott and describe what you'd like made (motif's, stones, metal, etc...). Then he'll make a design on his computer and send you the pictures to approve. Next step, he'll cut the ring out of wax with a fancy machine. Then you can come in to see and approve it. After that, you'll come in for the final product. The best thing about Scott is his willingness to accommodate your needs. Great experience and I would recommend...

7 months ago I got my diamond replaced here. I had my wedding ring for over 7+ years without cleaning it often(bad, I know) Well after 7+ years it fell out and I chose to get it replaced through insurance at Ari, we wanted to go local. I got it replaced, 7 months later- it fell out... I have searched and searched, it had to of fallen out at my office, we have had people helping us look- its gone. My husband and I are finally having our honeymoon after 8 years of being married and I won't have my wedding ring... I went back to Ari when it fell out, again 7 months after it was replaced and he said "sorry, nothing we can do.".... His setting only lasted 7 months, THATS INSANE! He said I must of been too rough on it.. I have an office job, I don't sleep with it, I don't shower with it and some days I forget to put it on. Any setting should last more than 7 months! He said that next time the progs need to be thicker and bigger...shouldn't he have done that when he replace it!? Guess, it is Shane & Co....
