Never been to this particular Taco Bell before and never will again.
Ordered at the drive-thru window and everything seemed normal, paid for the order. Was 2 cars in front of us, after 25 minutes we still hadn't moved, in retrospect we should have turned around but we were hungry and had already paid.
After around 45 minutes we finally got to the window, the employee opens it and asks "have you ordered cause we don't have any food", then immediately closes the window and we sit there another 15 minutes. A new employee then opens the window again and we mention how we've now been waiting nearly an hour, he says "lots of people have been waiting, you are not special". There was nobody else in the drive thru at this point and nobody in the store that we could see.
He then repeats that they don't have any food but we saw them preparing orders the whole time, presumably for door-dash/uber eats orders.
We requested a refund after being yelled and and treated like we were unreasonable to expect our order after an hour of waiting and he took the card, swiped it and threw it back into the car at us and closed the window.
Strangest experience i've ever had at any fast food restaurant in my entire life. Seems like this place just acts as a sort of ghost kitchen for uber eats and anyone who comes through the drive-thru is basically SOL and will be...

Read moreTried this Taco Bell out because the one i go to normally in cedar hills usually has a grumpy staff with long wait times. So came to this one to see how it was. When I pulled up to the window, the guy working the window barely made eye contact with me while exchanging cash. He left his gloves on while handling my cash then used to same gloves to go prepare my food. Then to top it all off I asked for extra fire sauce after i looked in the $5 box and saw 4 fire sauce. He then proceeds to rudely ask "well how much?". after he handed me the sauce I smiled at him and said thank you he glares at me without saying a word, slams the window and turns around. Needless to say I will not waste my time driving a little further to visit this one! Wish I could have gotten the mans name but with the short time he spent talking to me I didn't catch it. If I could give 0 stars I would! One last note: I can count the amount of times I've been compelled enough to leave a review online on one hand if that shows how unhappy I was...
