I had never actually been here before, I generally go to The Raven's Wing in Portland. This location is far more convenient for me and the selection was wonderful. They are currently only allowing shopping by appointment only and are working on reduced hours of operation. My friends and I called ahead to make sure they were open to the public before we ventured that way and were able to make an appointment for the same day. When we arrived there were several people who would walk up and try and go in, but they keep the door locked so only one household is shopping at a time and we were just waiting for the appointment ahead of us to finish up shopping. Right before we went inside someone the shop owner knew by name came up behind us, the owner let them know they're only doing appointments and he'll try to sneak them in between us and the next people because he would be closing after that. Totally fine, except within a few minutes of us entering the store I told my friend to come look at a box I thought she'd like but she said she was looking at something else, I responded with "no worries, take your time" mind you, we had been inside the store for probably 2 or 3 minutes at this point. The owner responded to that by saying "well, don't take your time we have people waiting". He followed up by mentioning his regulars or friends or whoever they are to him 3 more times after that. It really started to make me feel uncomfortable and I had wanted to ask about some of the CBD products but he clearly wanted us to get out so I didn't bother. I would have easily spent $100 on the items I wanted that day but the entire experience was put off by this negative energy. If you're going to operate by appointment only, then operate by appointment only, don't make exceptions for people you know. And those people you know weren't even considerate enough to call ahead and ask how you're operating your business, although we were. If you want to operate based on a queue outside, then do that. But if we make an appointment and we have 30 minutes to shop, I don't feel it's fair or good customer service to try and shoo people away within 5 minutes of entering. Being a metaphysical store this experience has really darkened the energy for me personally, so I will not be returning. However, I hope that maybe this comment gives perspective so that other people don't experience the same thing. Because other than all of that, the selection and prices are...

I came into this store about 2–3 weeks ago and purchased a glacial quartz. After a very small drop (2–3 feet onto carpet), the stone completely fell out of the bezel—because it hadn’t been glued in—and then broke in half.

When I first called, I was told I could come back when the owner was in for a refund or exchange. However, when I called the next day and spoke directly with the owner, I was shocked by his response. He told me the gem was “meant to break” and that whoever was around should keep the other half. I explained that after doing my own research, I learned this stone is naturally brittle, yet none of this was disclosed to me at purchase. On top of that, the fact that it wasn’t properly secured to the bezel made the piece even more fragile.

Instead of taking accountability, the owner abruptly told me they don’t do returns or exchanges. To make matters worse, he implied that my “energy” was the reason the stone broke. As a paying customer, this felt dismissive, manipulative, and frankly insulting. It’s clear to me that this mystical jargon is being used to avoid responsibility, while selling low-quality, overpriced gems.

I left this experience feeling taken advantage of, unprotected as a customer, and extremely disappointed. If you’re considering shopping here, I strongly advise against it—you’ll be paying high prices for fragile products with zero...

Misgendered experience by the staffer with colored hair, raised boots & wearing Jewish evil eye earrings & a necklace. I'm Jewish, & so is my Partner. It was very rude, unprofessional, & hurtful. I'm not sure if there's Asatru appropriation ppl working here, but there's always correlations with neo-nazi spirituality parallels that deny transgender ppl out of ideas of "masculine or female souls" attributing to false ideas related to "Birth" or "Born as" xyz gender/sex idealogy. Also I'm ~50% Swedish, so, pretty offensive if it's coming from appropriated Norse Crystal Person/Girl Backgrounds. =/ There's a strange issue with pseudoscience stuff overlapping with patriarchal misogyny endorsing hierachal standards, co mingled with anti science & hints of racial superiority or racism. But, yeah, just a bad experience with the Misgendering, and, was fairly direct and coercively hurtful & antagonistic. Don't shop here if you're LGBTQ+. There's probably far more science accepting Metaphysical aligned stores that you can provide your business...

We had a lovely time visiting with Scott today. He was most welcoming. I found a crystal that spoke to me and then we took the time to look at every wonderful little thing. We got to ring the bells (gently : ) we tried the vibration bowl (♥️loved) and Scott showed us some of the very cool petrified wood. The Crystal Heart is a comfortable and loving space. The other customers in the store were in the same vibe as we were so it was good. This is another business in central Beaverton that is worth a visit when you’re in the area and want to support a long-time, small business. They’ve got some really wonderful gifts in all price ranges. I bought a beautiful Crystal, to use in meditation, for $32. It’s a nice size that fits comfortably in my palm. I’m very happy with my purchase. I’m grateful to Scott for taking the time to be so warm and hospitable towards us. We certainly appreciate him and will be back. Check out some of their beautiful stones and crystals in my videos. If you like my videos, follow me and I’ll post more!

This place is magical. I never realized how the minerals, stones, crystals and other earthy treasures can be so important to your life, until I came here for a gift for my wife. I was mesmerized by everything they offer, from small beads, rings, gifts and small pieces. To large incredible crystals and statement pieces. The store has great staff, very insightful and willing to answer the simple questions I had as a novice, but also guide me to finding the perfect gift. It doesn’t seem like much from the outside, but once inside, it’s a wonderful place to see.
