Cascadia Taphouse — Restaurant in Beaverton

The setting is Slightly below average due to where it sits in the Grocery plaza.The beer was tasty as it is at Virtually every brewery here in the Portland metro . I want to be fair, so I won’t let my bias against profiling turn this into a one star. I walked in respectably dressed and immediately all eyes were on me and the very disrespectful and patronizing way that the person working the cash register profiled me asking me these questions like I was some sort of thief. Or criminal. It’s just something that I won’t tolerate so I doubt I’ll be going back to this place but the beer is tasty. Honestly it’s kind of funny to watch how socially adept we can be here in Portland yet we profile patrons in our community and with complete disregard for social common courtesy. For a six dollar beer it’s like get over yourself but I guess you have nothing better to do. if you’re going to do that at least do it good. with all the breweries around to choose Id definitely go...

Cascadia Taphouse is so much what is needed in a community right now. The ownership cares about its customers. A definite community place that is welcome to anyone.

They have quite a selection from ciders, pilsners, ipa's and various other types of beers on tap. Their selections are always rotating so you should be able to find something you like. They also offer various can options you can purchase.

They have some small food options but they also allow you to bring in food as there are some great options in the shopping center to choose from. Great indoor seating vibe with TVs and good music. Also an ample amount of outdoor seating options.

The staff is friendly and also can make some beer suggestions if your not sure what you are in the mood for.

This is a place that feels like “community”.

The second you walk in you can tell it is a place that has loyal regulars. The staff is SO kind and very knowledgeable on what is on tap along with what is in the fridge!

I have been on a sour kick, new to it and all it’s wonders. Traditionally at tap houses there’s very limited selection, but what they didn’t have on tap they had in a Can. This was a big deal for me!

It was date night and my partner and I love games, Cascadia had a great selection of new and old options - just what we ordered!
