Negative Stars! I was recently at this location and purchased over $700 in Bourbon. The price for one item was clearly marked, but when I paid and received the receipt, I immediately saw that I had been overcharged by $100. I asked the clerk to correct the price and he said that it was mispriced and he could not. I asked to have the entire order canceled (while still at the counter without leaving the store) and was told again that he could not do that either. He spoke to the manager via phone and I was assured the next day that the $100 would be refunded to my credit card. The clerk even provided me with a copy of the receipt with the credit amount hand written and his signature. After a few days, I called back and the manager said the clerks are unable to provide a refund after they ring it in (even if the pricing is wrong), because he indicated they have an employee theft problem. He said that he would have to talk to "corporate"and call me back. Of course he never did. I called again today and he said "not gonna be able to do anything for you". He previously admitted the bottle was incorrectly priced and that because of theft problems they don't allow the night clerks to provide refunds. He would not provide his name, would not provide a # for corporate and hung up on me even though he admitted the mistake, they could not cancel the original transaction (while still at the store at time of purchase) and today hung up on me, will no longer answer the phone and basically said "you gotta do what you gotta do". As soon as I told him the call was being recorded he hung up. Overpriced items, terrible customer service, shady practices at best and apparently don't trust their own employees. Read more09/20 at 9:45 I walk in and ask for a certain product. The clerk gave me the can of product that was going to expire in a couple of weeks. I shop at this store every other day. I simply looked at the product to see the date and asked for a fresher date. He got frustrated and then tossed the can on the table. I said thank you and walked out. I went to pull away and looked back and he proceeds to the front doors to give me double middle fingers. I back up go back in to confront him but he cowardly runs to the back. I call for him to come out and he finally comes out. I asked him several times did he flip me off. He then admits he did. Unacceptable customer service. For a place that serves the public and a loyal customer this behavior is reflecting the business. What if the manager or owner did this? I will go further with this. I usually would just shrug it off and go about my way but this was unprofessional...
