Bay Point Spa — Local services in Bellevue

The woman (owner/manager) at the front desk would say “thank you, have a nice day” to a Caucasian customer. But she would say NOTHING to a Chinese customer — her own kind. What a shame!

There’s always a neck and shoulder massage following the turn over, but the guy was so lazy, he completely skipped that part. He also didn’t bother to even offer a small cup of water at the end (no basic manners).

Some people think they still entitled to a good tip even though they gave bad service! Well some of us customers have the gut to stand up and fight bad service.

I am very happy to give my business to other spas that have much better customer service and never step foot in this...

Bay point spa is the go to massage place in Bellevue area, they always take walk ins. They are hard working & very professional. I have been going here for almost 11 years now. Although I have tried other spas, I always felt this place charges less and offers great service. I try to get their name if I like their massage, so I can ask next time for the same masseuse. They provide hot stone massage, it's therapeutic. This place is clean and tidy. They accept credit cards. On any day I would blindly suggest this place. Kudos to all the great service this place...

The therapist spent most of the 90-minute session using only his forearm, repeating the same movement over and over with very little variation or technique. It felt more like someone going through the motions than an actual therapeutic massage.

To make matters worse, the staff were constantly talking—both to each other and other customers during my session. It was hard to relax or feel any kind of benefit from the treatment in such a distracting environment.
