The woman (owner/manager) at the front desk would say “thank you, have a nice day” to a Caucasian customer. But she would say NOTHING to a Chinese customer — her own kind. What a shame!
There’s always a neck and shoulder massage following the turn over, but the guy was so lazy, he completely skipped that part. He also didn’t bother to even offer a small cup of water at the end (no basic manners).
Some people think they still entitled to a good tip even though they gave bad service! Well some of us customers have the gut to stand up and fight bad service.

To make matters worse, the staff were constantly talking—both to each other and other customers during my session. It was hard to relax or feel any kind of benefit from the treatment in such a distracting environment.
