I love how clean this restaurant is. They have an excellent food rating, disposable paper at the door to touch the door handle, and notes on every table inside noting it was sanitized and to remove when sitting at the table. I was impressed with the ordering as well as it was completely touchless at a grubhub tablet stand at least 6 feet away from the counter.
I liked how the staff that helped me order given my issues with spicy food and didn't judge me for it. The chicken roll pod was amazing and I was able to use some creamy sauce to lessen how spicy it was for me, along with a delicious mango lassi. The paneer roll pod was my husband's favorite.
My roll pods were so much more food than I remember from The Roll Pod food truck. I was full after just the Chicken roll pod and mango lassi! I loved the egg on it as well. The egg lines the whole roll.
I think I'm still going to rate 4/5 stars because I wish there were a roll that was completely mild, like even a dessert roll so I can have roll pod with my friends without having to dip in white...

Order and Review Chicken Roll with Egg or the way we used to call during our strolls in lanes of kolkata "Single anda Double Chicken Roll". Was by far the winner for me. Perfect quantity of chicken, good spice level(I ordered spice level 3) and chicken was soft and juicy. Really loved it (5/5) Mutton Roll with Egg - Meat was soft and we'll cooked. Spice levels perfect (tried the level 4 spice). A treat for mutton lovers like me(5/5) Paneer Roll - I am not a huge paneer lover in a roll but my vegetarian friend liked it.So going for a 4/5 (based on my friends feedback)
AGM without Egg...This option was unique for me... First time had Aloo Gobi Mutter in a roll...loved the idea...taste reminded me more old lunch times (paratha with Aloo Gobi Mutter :) )...5/5
Overall a very good experience. Special note for the courteous staff (Pedro and Patricia) Must go place if you have a thing for Indian...

You get excellent rolls here. Its authenticity is parallel to the frankies found on the streets of Bombay.
There's nothing I can think of that was lacking in the chicken and mutton rolls I've had. The rolls were not greasy. The mint chutney and freshly chopped coriander elevated the freshness of the gravy and meat in the roll. The chicken was super juicy. The egg in the roll added a sense of wholeness to the role. I was asked what spice level I would prefer on a scale of 1 to 5, and I said 3. The spice level of the roll ended up being exactly how I needed it to be.
What could be better? The mutton could have been juicier. A tip for the cook: next time you go shopping for lamb/goat meat, try to get local meat with the shoulder/rib/leg cut. These cuts of meat are the most juiciest and most tender.
If I find myself revisiting this place the next time I am in Seattle, I would try the rice bowl with some nice...
