Needed documents Notarized. I live closer to the downtown UPS but after waiting in line for a long time, a rude older blonde women refused to notarized my documents for what seemed to be a BS reason. She just seemed angry and spoke with annoyance and rudeness not only to me, but also her staff (she seems to be the manager or just bossy). I knew even before she spoke that she would be unpleasant and wanted to be difficult to make someones day as bad as hers. So my husband and I drove out of our way in 5pm traffic to the NE 20th location to prove that it was not UPS but it was that particular women who wanted to feel like she had some power. At the NE 20th UPS I had a short wait time and the notary there was extremely pleasant. I needed a witness in addition to the notary signature and they had no problem having another staff member sign. They said they usually charge extra for a witness but waived the charge. Read moreWorst experience out of all the UPS stores, and among any of the other shipping companies. The lady who helped me was very rude. I had packed my box very nicely but I usually hold off on taping my box shut until I am at the drop off point and ensure all I need to have is in the box. So I asked if I could borrow their tape to tape shut my box before shipping it. She just rudely pointed to some paper stating that I needed to bring the box and seal. I had to nicely plea 3-4 times before she reluctantly slapped one small piece of tape on the box. If the contents of this box gets damaged. I am literally coming to UPS for damages.

A vendor I order from failed to update my address in their system and sent about 25 tiny packages to this old address. The vendor refused to work with me so I called this UPS location, explained my long history with them, and asked them if I could rent a box for a month to receive the tiny packages. They refused to rent a box to me for less than three months and told me they would charge me $10 for each package if I didn’t rent a box. Of course I cannot pay $10 for each tiny package, which cost an average of $3 each to begin with. They were rude and obviously care nothing about customer service.
