I placed my order from Hungry Panda and I chose self pickup. It was not ready when I arrived at the store. When I went in the store to pick it up, she said she would make it right away. During the process of making my order, the staff told her colleague that the pudding was bad (I think it was expired). I was standing in front of them at the time, and they didn’t replace a new pudding for me. They put the bad one directly into my cup. I heard their conversation the whole time. After making my drink, they threw my order in front of me. Their attitude was extremely bad. I went home and drank two sips. It was very unpalatable. The pearls were as hard as rocks. The taste of pudding is indeed expired and I ordered half sugar, but they gave me sugar-free. I also bought two pieces of Durian Mille Crepe Cake some time ago. I took one bite and threw it away. It was so unpalatable that I don‘t know how to describe it. The quality control in their store is really poor. I have been to so many milk tea shops, and I feel that Timeless Tea is the worst in Seattle. I just saw a lot of negative reviews. The owner replied that their food is very fresh, but I want to say that what I saw in the store today is not what the owner said. Some of their desserts are placed on the dessert display cabinet (not in the refrigerator but at room temperature) (The Health Bureau requires that all food must be kept in the refrigerator to keep fresh, especially cakes and ice cream, and it is obvious that timeless tea did not do so). I am pretty sure that the desserts they put on the dessert display cabinet are not the positions for order pick up. And no staff has been taking care of them for a long time. .(This means that no one in the store ordered those desserts at the time. Even if the desserts were pre-ordered, shouldn‘t they be kept in the refrigerator to keep them fresh before the customer takes them away?) In this case, are they really fresh? The employees knew that the product was spoiled and expired, but still gave it to the customer. Is this what they call a fresh product? Seriously huh??And the price is ridiculously expensive, and none of the quality control, hygiene, and service attitude are good. I really think the owner needs to suspend business retraining the employees...

Sweet Tooth Personnel Warning: If you have a huge sweet tooth, just an FYI---Desserts are "Asian level sweet" so they are very lightly sweetened and not overpowering, knock your teeth out, cavity-inducing sweet.
Parking: small private plaza lot.
Atmosphere: cafe-like setting with cute cat cushions and wall decals--nice photo ops. The dining area is long and narrow.
Menu: Located at the register--contains images and titles of the items but does not have any descriptions.
Service: Order and pay at the front, you will be given a beeper and it will buzz once your order is ready.
Four Seasons Tea: a combo of lemon, watermelon, mango and orange juice. Very refreshing and you get slices of watermelon and oranges inside the drink to enjoy when you are done!
Bunny Coconut Panna Cotta: oh my gawd. Isn't this insanely cute?! It's a lightly sweetened coconut flavor with tiny chocolate eyes. The texture is slightly more solid than greek yogurt but it is still smooth and melt in your mouth. I'm a fan of the coconut flavor but my taste buds would have preferred some sort of filling inside.
Pug Chocolate Mousse: The chocolate mousse is very light and creamy. I did enjoy the flavor and it wasn't overly sweet. The cake inside was light and fluffy but was much smaller than I expected it to be. I personally would have enjoyed a bit more sponge.
Lotus Paste with Yolk Pastry: this is my all time go-to pastry at any Asian Bakery. It is a very flaky pastry with a sweetened and almost nutty paste; and in the center is a savory salted egg yolk. Just describing this makes me want another! This pastry is a perfect pairing to hot tea or just plain ol' tea of...

EDIT: we came back for the mango bobo cake cup, watermelon fruit tea, and taro mille crepe. Well, firstly, the mango cake cup was delish! Perfect for an afternoon snack although it can fill u up quickly depending on how much you can stomach. 5/5! The taro mille crepe was good but pretty average tbh. I did not taste any taro and I do think the crepe layers were a bit too thick and chewy, and I wouldn't recommend. It's just not taro-y enough to be worth buying the taro mille crepe. Lastly, DO NOT get the watermelon fruit tea. I dont know if it was just ours or what, but it had a very strange, bitter taste that ruined it completely. It was not sweet at all and maybe it wasn't ripe enough because it was very bitter. I'm still keeping the 5 star rating though, just be aware that there are some things that are not worth your money. But the cute dog chocolate mousse is still a big...
