Very very rude customer service ......I asked if I can get 3 lbs goat meat because usually they have around 2lbs packing, he replied in very rude tone and said u cannot forced us to sell the way u want ...... then I asked why r u so rude I am just asking not forcing u. I took one package of goat mix and other one I took boneless pack of goat meat which looks not very fresh to me with little black texture meat and I asked him get me from inside because the gut inside is cutting and packing fresh which I could see . He said if u want this meat take it otherwise get out from here I don’t need the customer like u and also said I am doing exactly what I told to do which means rules to sell the meat . Just think as a customer if ur spending $50 on a meat and u cannot even ask for fresh ... come on this place sucks ...... Most of the time the customer service were very bad ............. I found another place on bel red road who sells goat meat so I am not going back to this place ever . But definitely I will talk to the owner sometime later if it...

I have mixed feelings about this place.

The goat meat I bought here yesterday turned out really well. It had no smell and cooked perfectly. We took extra precautions by cleaning it with vinegar/lemon and cooking it on a low flame for a long time, considering some bad experiences we had at other shops.

However, one downside is that this place is a bit pricier compared to other shops. Most of the earlier reviews mentioned receiving lamb meat instead of goat, so we consider ourselves lucky. The most frustrating aspect is the rude aunty at the counter who doesn't provide proper answers to any questions(you can see that from how they've responded to unsatisfied customers in Google reviews), moreover they don't have price tags or a price board for their items and randomly quote prices to customers.

Edit: Purchased goat liver which came out very well. This time the vendor was cordial....

I used to be a regular at this store. The quality has gone bad and don't ask me about the customer service. Earlier there used to a Lady and another male. They were quite friendly. Nowadays, there's a guy who is very rude and arrogant like others have mentioned. What's even more worse is, he does not like to service any male. To test it, my wife went with the same request as mine just 5 mins later and he obliged to it but not me. We were shocked to see it and he was very rude to me when I asked for the same request. Its better to go to Mayuri which is right across the street where a old man treats everyone with respect...
