Update 11/2/18: I added a star for customer service. They rea he’s out and offered to fix my nails. I walked in with no issue. The nails were better although not an amazing job like everyone in here keeps saying.

Much better than the original. I did choose the second color I had iind instead.

Sadly they got stained with my clothes or something so they got discolored after only the second day.

The gap between the cuticle and the acrylic was kinda large and after only three days they look like they have grown out more than a week. There are also a few bubbles from the gel that created dark spots from that. Maybe if a different topcoat was used? I’ll probably just paint over them so they don’t look dirty because of this.

I loved the color before this happened but once that happened it looks gross and won’t wash off. Maybe I just picked the wrong color to wear.

I still tipped the manicurist since The service was free and it took time out of her day.

Original review * Unsanitary. The use the same tools on multiple people.

Quality of acrylic shaping is poor. Yes, I did point out. She also did corrections on her own. There was still uneven curves and lumps.

The color I chose was darker than what I got. This looks like baby pink. I was going for a slightly more mauve color and darker than this. Yes, i did use the color swatches they provided to choose the color.

There was also dust debris with gel. The edges of the nails are kinda cornered rather than curved so there is a line right on the edge where the gel looks weird. The gel polish application is also poor (as shown).

A wrinkled paper towel, that looks used, was used under the UV/LED light. This for in the way when curing the gel and messed it up. The last tried blaming me for it.

The place is nice and the oil smelled good so that’s what the stars are for.

I got a full set with gel. I don’t think the price is worth it at all. My photos are the pink ones with the car background taken as soon as I walked out of the salon....

This is going to be a long review Disclaimer I used to be a nail tech myself so I know what can and cannot be done and what Products are out there

I chatted with Ivy before booking an appointment letting her know I would love to be a regular cause I just moved to the area and am looking for a nail tech that does a good job I asked if they specifically do builder gel nails she immediately replied that they do and that she will be doing them for me (I later discovered that Ivy is actually the owner of this nail salon) She was late to my 12 o’clock appointment When she starts doing my nails I see that she brings out a tube which is actually poly gel and not builder gel I still let her do my nails I said to myself why not let’s try I emphasized that I have a specific finger that my nail bed is crooked and asked her if she can build that nail in a way for it to look straight she said that she can but when she finished the job the nail looked awful I have pictures I will add to my review When I asked her to fix it she responded very impatiently because it was in those 20 minutes or so many customers started coming in and it started getting busy so she became impatient and rushed. She tried fixing the nail and made it look better but that fell off and detached when i got home The shape of the nail were nit uniform and some were squared off and not filed nicely So j just asked her to finish fixing the crooked nail and we can finish with the nail service without putting too on I did this so i can go home a file and shape the myself They look better now You can see before and after i filed at home I will not be coming in again Very...

Don’t waste your time… I had high hopes but I’m disappointed at how unprofessional and unorganized it was… let me explain.

My friend and I called ahead and asked if they are able to take 2 full set acrylic walk ins and they said yes ( this where they overlooked their schedule )

The lady Kim she was very nice, this is her work… I’m personally not pleased because it was nothing like the picture and I just wanted to have a nice day so I continued to let her finish my nails it started off very well… but then her 11:45am appointment walked in and was like “ Hey you got me for my 11:45am right?” Kim looks up at her client and says “ haha maybe” and her client with a sassy tone says “ okay” and proceeds to sit right behind me ( from there I just knew things were gonna go left ).

Kim rushed through my nails, when it came to drying she barely let the led fully finish between switches and she kept moving fast and hitting my nail… and stopped in the middle of doing my nails to start her 11:45am which her client I’m her was staring us down the entire rest of my nail session and yeah it wasn’t the greatest experience and I wasn’t talking much either cause I had nothing polite to say… won’t be returning and I suggest you put your hard earned money elsewhere than here… especially for wanting that nice experience when you’re off work like I had told her about how it’s our day off and we’re just wanting to look nice before we go back to work and I felt that Kim was...
