The staff in this store are unfriendly, and watching customers with noses. I always feel weird in the store. This time, the girl didn’t even hide and rolled her eyes at me when I asked for a price match a couple of weeks after my purchase. Other brands usually have a month.
It’s not about the money, but I feel uneasy when the staff is not on the customer's side and never reminds us of the promotion unless we find out online. Then there is only a one-week window to do the price match, which costs another trip to the store.
It seemed like the products in the store never reflected the promotion online. I twice found out the dress and purse I bought had promotions online but were full-priced in-store.

There isn’t a physical line, just people standing around with clothes so I made eye contact with several workers to make sure they knew I was waiting. Only when I went into an empty changing room did they greet me and tell me there’s a line and that I needed to wait. How am I supposed to get in “line” if no one will acknowledge me? Instead was just being judged by employees and as we left the store, they looked under my stroller to make sure I wasn’t stealing. I’ve made a couple of purchases from this store before and now I’m just very disappointed with this experience. I rather go to another location or buy online than visit this location again.
