Went in looking for the pearl drop earrings that I saw online. Been searching all over for wedding earrings. I fell in love with them and purchased immediately. However the pair they sold me looked like a lower quality than the ones on display. Shape and texture and even color were off. When I asked the woman about it and told her I wasn’t a fan of the ones she gave me she said they’re all going to be different. Yes, I’m aware of that but these were very different. Almost kind of ugly looking. The way she talked to me was very condescending. I asked for a different pair and she said that was what they had. She seemed very short, annoyed and rude. When I said I wasn’t happy with this pair she pretty much just walked away. I had to ask to swap the pair on display instead. She said yeah but you can’t return them. Because of how different looking the new set was, I was willing to buy the display set. I stood around waiting for her to come back and from across the store she said, you’re good to go. All 3 women seemed so preoccupied gossiping, and I could also tell that the associate was talking trash about me. I told them thank you and left. The jewelry they have on display is pretty, but check your take home stuff. And honestly, don’t expect good customer service. The woman helping me seemed like a snob and needs to learn what good customer service is. How do you not even tell customers thank you??? To the women working...
Read moreThis was my first purchase at Mejuri, and unfortunately, it turned into a really disappointing experience. I visited the Bellevue Square store to buy the Lab-Grown Sapphire Cluster Necklace, which wasn’t available in-store. An employee (whose name I didn’t get) helped place an online order for me, but the wrong necklace was ordered. I had purchased two — one for myself and one as a birthday gift for my sister.
When I called the store the next day to correct the mistake, the store manager was shockingly rude, started yelling at me, and refused to accept any responsibility. Instead of trying to help or offer a simple apology or solution, she made it clear they wouldn’t do anything — not even a small courtesy like a discount for the inconvenience.
Now my sister has to drive over 50 miles just to exchange the necklace. This was supposed to be a thoughtful gift, and it turned into a frustrating mess.
Will I ever purchase from this store again? Absolutely not. Because of people like this, brands lose their customer obsession and loyal customers before they’ve even had a chance to build that trust.
I honestly don’t even want to give one star, but unfortunately there’s nothing...
Read moreI absolutely love Mejuri!! Every time I have gone to the store I always end up getting something cute. This last time I got two items and unfortunately ended up returning one as it didn’t work out for me. Today, unfortunately I felt that the brand played “Gotcha capitalism” with me. Which is so sad! I was told at the time of purchase that I can return the item within 30 days if it doesn’t work out for me and receive a refund. When I went today (within 30 days of purchase) I was informed that I will only receive a store credit because I took that tiny black tag off. Turns out the associate never informed me that if the tag is removed you only get store credit. Despite of me explaining my situation, the brand ambassadors choose to not support their loyal customer! So folks please read the fine terms and conditions! Also know that during sale and busy days they may not share all those terms and conditions with you! I will eventually use my store credit. However, for what Mejuri offers, there are so many other options too and I’ll be shopping elsewhere in the future. I wish I could give this brand more stars but I’m so disappointed and disheartened by...
