I like the cashier so much at Metro that I always go there in person. He always manages to sell me something I dont need. Well, now I need him to fix my phone and I need some blue tooth head phones. Metro is my phone provider. I know good people when I meet them and that guy teaches me something about my phone everytime I go there. I am still learning how to use the functions on my phone. Once I learn them all, I will up grade smd I don't need to tell you where I am going. The service is...

Went here on 5/16 at 10 AM right when they opened and the lady working was rude as hell and unwilling to help. Been with MetroPCS for nine years and debating on switching to any other provider at this point. How this lady has a job I'll never know. Deal with caution.

/Update to my review. Erin responded to this review and I reached out and she was able to coordinate assistance at another metro location....

Breonna has always been the best when it comes to customer service and providing an answer with any questions I have! She's helped me with picking the best phone for me and also was able to get my bill cheaper after switching phone companies . She is always so patient, professiona, and friendly.
