Scoops In Bellevue — Restaurant in Bellevue

As I entered the store 30 minutes before closing time there was 2 female employees and one male. The male was helping with an order and the two females were gossiping with a customer who I assume is a friend. I assume this based on the language that they were using as it was very vulgar, cursing every other word. Both of them groaned as if I came in 2 minutes before close. I ordered a milkshake and i was told that the store was out of milk. I said oh, well I’m going to need a minute then. As I said that the girl smirked over at her coworker. I thought to myself how is an ice cream shop out of milk!? Then I saw a sign that said “WE HAVE ALMOND MILK!” So then I asked the male employee if they had almond milk and he said yes so I asked if I could have a milkshake with that. The employees then again smirked at each other and were upset they would have to clean the blender again. I am not sure of the employees names because they did not have name tags on but even thought the ice cream was good it totally turned me off...

I like their ice cream but some of their young employees shouldn't be working in customer service. They don't smile, don't say a word even when you talk to them and when they say something you can barely hear them, also everytime you look at them they have this robotic sad face like they are forced to be there. Last time I was there both napkins holders in the seating area were empty and my husband brought the napkins holders to one of the girls and the girl didn't say a word, no thank you, nothing, she grabbed the napkins holders and throw them in their counter, it seems she was mad. While we were eating the ice cream another customer came and after ordering his ice cream he told the girls to put an smile in their faces, they didn't like at all and started shouting at the customer. I don't believe they were having a bad day because everytime I go there these same employess always act like they...

I was truly disappointed with my experience today, while I totally understand and respect all workers working during this pandemic I myself am one, this was over all a faulty system. I called and asked about the flavor the woman on the phone was not very helpful. Once I made my selection I was told to wait 10 minutes call when I was pulling up and they would bring my order to the door. First time I called no one answered then when I am standing outside of the door calling they asked my name. The two workers stared at me then one came to the door and asked me again my name. Once they bring me my order it's two separate bowls of the ice cream (I ordered to scoops on a cone) and they didn't even give me a snoop. So all together 20 minute process for two scoops of I've cream and it wasn't even right. My boyfriend goes back and request to have the two scoops on a cone he comes back with two ice...
