!!!!!Horrible Service!!!!! First the owner is a RACIST.. let’s start there. My fiancé ordered food from this establishment tonight we ordered a large pizza whole pepperoni half pineapple. The food was cold This pizza was not cut in correct pieces all the pizza had pineapple except 3 pizzas. We had to place the pizza in the oven for 5-10 mins and after the bottom was still soggy. We ordered 6 hot wings they were not well done (like we requested. ) and 6 garlic hot wings they were not cooked to our request of well done. They were very very soggy. We tossed mine in the air fryer to try and crunch them up and by the time they were finished I just couldn’t eat them I was grossed out by how undone and soggy they were Even heating them I couldn’t do it. So we decided to return the food. We returned the food because we shouldn’t have to come home and cook something we paid for that should have been cooked by the establishment. When we arrive I walked in and talked to a cashier about the issues of the food. The man I had the altercation with was the OWNER. He came over and said “ I’m not disputing anything you said but whats wrong with the food” I told him how I had to reheat/ recook the food we had. He proceeded to say next time “DONT DO THAT” don’t cook the food bring it back. He showed me the “receipt” that says the wings (well done) I said I made the wings look well done they did not come like this. So you really going to tell someone to not reheat something they received cold to try and eat what they paid for?! He kept repeating himself. I said I’m not trying to argue or go back and forth all I want is a refund I’ll leave and we will not come back to your establishment. He said oh yeah I will make sure you never step foot back in here ever again!! I said I promise we will not be back. He then stoped from giving me a refund and said I’m not obligated to give you a refund. I’m confused because this is not how you treat someone who came to your establishment and spent money here and the food wasn’t cooked the way it was requested and we wanna bring the food back! He said I’ll keep the money & pizza and you can leave. I said I’m not leaving without a refund. He said you can go, I proceeded call the cops he said go ahead and do it. I left the establishment and waited until the cops showed up told them what happened and they went inside. Babe can see from the window that the owner was smiling and laughing while talking to the cops while 2 women who work there were speaking about it to customers at the bar about us as if the matter was funny. We were outside for about 10 mins in the rain while the cops tried to see if they can get out refund. GETTING RAINED ON!!!! I’m not sure what the conversation was between them but the officer did give us our refund back. He’s stated if the owner didn’t refund it would be a civil issue and I was ready to call the court house Monday morning! We did not deserve to be treated that way and this was the 1st and Last time we will ever step foot in there but we didn’t plan on EVER going back regardless. Read moreMy wife and I decided to give this establishment a go last night. First, I would like to say that I really enjoyed our pizza but my wife wasn’t so impressed because of the crust. Our server was very good on a busy night. The reason I gave it two stars is the online beer menu and lack of a paper one. They had a great selection, but scrolling through them one at a time Iforgot some that I had seen early in the list. Then it showed either a bottle or a tap which was nice, but after being told that first couple of choices really weren’t on tap but in cans so it was back to scrolling.I finally gave up and ordered a can. Next there were no prices listed for beer. Now I love a beer or two with pizza and I ordered two, and my wife had one. Well I’ve been drinking craft beer for more than 30 years and don’t ever remembering paying $10.50 per can for mine and around $10.00 each for hers. I see why they don’t put their prices out there. We went in to eat, ordered, and got our app. That app was soggy when it was to be "fried" and the taste of it was well nasty. We then proceeded to ask for an exchange to a different app. That is when everything went downhill. Some guy from the back came out to talk to us. While we were conversing he had a bit of an attitude and it seemed as if he was rolling his eyes. So I asked "sir are you rolling your eyes at me?" He then got extremely defensive and aggressive. I couldn't believe it. I turned to one of the people I was with and asked "is he serious right now?" That's when she took over the conversation trying to de-escalate the man. She was unsuccessful at this. So I said I'm done we are leaving. I walked out and she was handling the bill. She came out very upset because she tried to explain the situation to the manager and that's when the aggressive man went off, wouldn't let her speak and kicked her out. ALL OVER...
