Dollar Tree — Local services in Bellmead

I'm new to town and asked for direction to the closest location near me. This location popped up. I was completely shocked as soon as walked in. Boxes everywhere, but I'm use to walking into stores with boxes everywhere. I was looking for table clothes, silverware, napkins and glass vases (which they always have on shelves). The store had hardly anything on the shelves. Halloween color, but I wasn't there for Halloween. If there was something I was interested in there were dollies with boxes that reached my shoulders and boxes on the floor that were almost as tall as me and im 5'5". Im disabled and left before something fell on me. The young lady at the front was just standing there hang out with her girlfriends and a young man showed his face but got lost among the boxes as quickly as he showed up. Very disappointing 😞. I asked a fellow shopper if it always looks like this she said and directed me to another location down the road. DOLLAR TREE YOU NEED TO DO BETTER. IF YOU'RE NOT GOING STOCK YOUR SHELVES THEN AT LEAST MAKE IT SAFE FOR...

Never recived emails until the last day to pick up my order. Then played like they couldnt find my order. Called cs and my order was supposed to be reshipped. 2 weeks later and it still havent been reshipped through cs. Call cs today. They contacted dt and they said they didnt have any on the shelves. Their was plenty of arm&hammer bw on the shelves that very day. They just lied. Didnt want to give me my order. I will never spend my money at the dt in Bellmead again. Had me standing their. Felt like they was tryna get a reaction out of me. So they could call the police. Im guessing the manger came out. And she said nothing to me. She opened a register and started checking a lady out. Mean while she looking at me. Like she want to get a reaction out of me. I wouldnt give you the satisfaction to call the police on me. And my order was already paid for. If you want TRULY TERRIBLE customer service and a Manager who doesnt give a flying #### about Customers, this is the best place in town to get it !!! They get 10 stars FOR BEING THE WORST PLACE IN TOWN IF YOU WANT~ CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! If you want to feel unappreciated, or if you want to wait in long lines, then say something, then get the bonus of feeling like an Ogre - Shop here !!!! They never let me down !!!!
