Saturday 1/26/19, I pulled in to kwick car lube to get my transmission fluid changed as my transmission was starting to slip. I thought this would be the place to start I was greeted by Joe who stated it would take about 20 to 30 minutes once they got started. When I returned to the shop, Joe explained to me that they had not done a transmission fluid change. He stated that the car hesitated when he got in it so he ran a diagnostic test on it. He explained that it through several codes and gave me a list of them. He stated he felt like I was probably fixing to spend more money and he didn't think the transmission fluid was the problem so he didn't want me to be out that money. He could have easily taken my money, and provided me with a service knowing that I would probably be out more money later but he didn't and I was very thankful. I put the car in the shop the following Tuesday and the transmission had to be replaced. Thanks for running an honest company and not taking my money just because you could. In the future, I'll get my oil...
Read moreMy friend has been using this location for years always getting a regular oil change and paying between $44 and $45. She had her oil changed there yesterday. Without authorization they upgraded her to premium oil which was regular Gastrol 5w30. The up charge for the oil was $8. Then they charged her for a premium oil filter for another $8. There was also an extra charge for an extra 1.5 quarts of oil which would have been ok but when I check her oil the next morning, it was a quart low. When I brought this to the managers attention, he lied about their conversation with my friend, which made me anger, and I responded BS. He refused to make any of this right. Her invoice was $66, and it will be the last dollar they will ever get from her and me. We are also reporting...

Next week two quarts. I figure it's getting about time to get it changed again. Before going up there I slide under the truck and there is a drop hanging from the filter. I reach up and can spin it off with my finger and thumb. I assume the guy in the pit spun it on and got to doing something else and never tightened it. Could have blown my engine. I took it up there and told them about it. They brought up the fact I brought my own filter. I was like really? Yall's filters are trash so I brought a good one. Anyways if you get your oil changed here when they are done just ask if they...
