Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Bellmead

wish there was an half star! first time when i ordered at this pizza hut, my pizza was very doughy, was not cooked through. so i waited for an extra hour for them to get me second pizza. mng was not kind at all, nothing but rude, and have TONE of voice.

second time when i ordered it, which was last saturday, delivery guy wanted my husband to open the pizza box in front of him and make sure everything was okay. well, it looked okay.

but it was not... when i picked up the pizza to eat, OMG, there was a fly under the pizza twitching its legs... yup. a FLY !!!!!!!! disgusting, fly.

now, there might be people think the fly came from my home. but nope, that was 32 degrees outside and fly was TWITCHING its legs on the box. if it flew on my pizza, it would have been very much alive, flying around, but we found one black object on the pizzabox where i had grabbed a slice

yup. that poor fly was already dying under pizza smothered.

anyways.. it was pretty disgusting, and lost appetite, so we decided we are never going to order pizza from that pizzahut.

well.. it is a bummer considering how far i live and there are only pizza hut and dominos that deliver pizza to my home. but hell i would not eat there again what so...

I placed an online order today @ 3:41pm and didn't receive my order until well after 5pm because my completed order went out the door with an anonymous door dash driver that clearly wasn't my door dash driver bc my driver was there @ Pizza Hut having to be hassled due to Pizza Hut's poor management & after waiting til after 5pm for my order it still wasn't right bc I didn't get any marinara that was suppose to come with my breadsticks. The only reason I've went to this result is bc they knew they were in the wrong and tried to C.Y.A(Cover Your Azz) or in their case C.T.A(Cover They Azz) by reprinting my receipts, and that was to take away Server names, "How did we do" survey code and all. I was JUST DONE with the whole ordeal. I even want to ask for a TOTAL refund bc of how long it took NOT the fact that my order wasn't right and that they had to remake my whole order....No of course not. I can tell you this though it'll be awhile before I spend my hard earned money with them again. Pizza Hut...

This pizza hut was the worst one we have ever visited. First off, the clerk taking our order said we couldn't order personal pan pizzas because they only do it on Tuesdays. That made no sense. Then, we decide to order a medium pan pizza, no issues there until we got our order and it was a hand tossed. The gal that took our order said she told us they didn't make the pan pizzas. We argued, no you told us personal pans and to boot you took our order for the medium pan so how can that be. To make matters worse, we also ordered a salad for which we had to ask three separate times to get. When it finally arrived, we were done with our pizza and ready to go. They say when you argue with the staff they just might mess with your food, we ended up taking the salad home but kept thinking in the back of our minds "Did they?" We threw it away. Never going back...
