Ordered online for weekend lunch. - There is plenty of parking around. - Social distancing markers on the floor - Al fresco dining available We ordered beers on the spot which is only available TO GO due to Shelter in Place unfortunately they did not hv Apple Pay — so contactless payment is only available if you order online in advance. Ordered the OG burger Size: 5x5x2” I found the portion decent — I could only eat half. Taste: Hawaiian roll is a bit too sweet for my palette but it’s an interesting experience. It’s soft somewhat fluffy. The burger reminds me of a gourmet version of White Castle. Bun was was a bit soggy due to condensation built up from take away and maybe coz of the chulola sauce. The Sauce is a saltier & less sweet compared to sriracha mayo. The meat patty was juicy but there’s no charcoal or crispy texture. 80% fried egg makes a nice touch. The semi cooked egg yolk balances well with the saltiness. Onions rings were good. Crispy and not too oily. Fries were so so. Sweet potato fries got a bit soggy taste wise was fine. Our server was friendly and nice. She gave good recommendations for beer. We ordered the Pilsner beer and Southside Cider. The beers went well with burgers. Takeout boxes were a bit flimsy. You have to remove it carefully without items sliding out. I assume it’s designed to prevent condensation built up. Overall first time experience was above average. I’m sure if the food was eaten on the spot the experience would be much better. However in terms price per value I found this place is a bit above average. TIP: - For contactless payment be sure to order everything in advance - Take out bags are stapled at the top be sure to remove the staple. I accidentally scarred myself grabbing items out of the bag.

This place is good but I paid $72 bucks for 4 hot dogs 1 slider 2 tater tots 1 order of onion rings 2 beers and a milkshake. When we got our food my wife asked for a side of ranch for her onion rings and the guy said we had to pay a $1 more. This place nickels and dimes you so be prepared to pay alot and then some more. I had to change my review from the first time because I am very big on if I spend alot in a restaurant they should accommodate a small side of ranch. After speaking with Vahe the owner about it he gave us 3 free cookies which would have cost about $6 but that could have been avoided by giving good customer service and being kind to the customers that help his establishment thrive. . I get protocol but I am also a firm believer of good customer service. On a side note when I spoke to the owner he advised me he does not respond to the reviews you see when the owner responds but rather their corporate so the personal touch is far from the truth.

Went there for lunch with a buddy after missing out on their grand opening. If you're a hot dog/hamburger purist/lover, you'll enjoy it here. The King's Hawaiian Roll buns are just delicious. The salted caramel shake is smooth and creamy. Had to have a PBR in a paper bag as a throwback to college days. Wonderful, wonderful concept they have here. Good amount of tv screens at the bar. The menu is simple, yet enough variety to keep you coming back. I can't wait to try everything. The micro brewery beer selection looks great. Good value on all prices. Outdoor seating if you like. Parking is tight, though. UPDATE: They changed their rolls. I don't feel it's the same Hawaiian sweet rolls, different color and bland taste. That changes everything. Their service is not as good and their beer serves at differing warm temperatures. They haven't cleaned their outdoor dining area in years.. So disappointed.

I've eaten there now for the third time. The food/ burgers, I/we ordered are of acceptible portions and the side dishes are good and plenty, prices kept lower! I like their option to custom create, but I was a bit confused at first, that all of their burgers, even though "connected", have 4 cut outs! ( I'm assuming for sharing with your "co-eaters".) Well that was ok. My bff, who accompanied me at the second visit, ordered something different, that fit her taste buds better than what I had. The burgers tasted good, but a bit spicy. " advanced player" version of our burgers, but yummy. The third time, I had requested a "beginner", non firey version, as the hostess noddingly took my order. And it was pleasing to the taste buds. Loved the egg on top, which was an option. The burger wasn't so spicy this time, no longer a heartburn issue. Totally yummy side dishes galore!. Dog Haus Biergarten seems to be one of the few restaurants remaining open later then others, which was an original attraction, since my working hours mostly do not permit the intake of Dinner at earlier hours. So this place seemed convenient. I did get to experience the divided opinion amongst Dog Haus Biergartens servers/ employees on how to treat their customers. Some where extremely friendly and polite! Others "good mannerism" and customer interaction skilles needed deffinite " brushing up" and one or two refresher courses about the meaning of "smiles"/"facial expressions" wouldn't hurt either. If an employee discovered that they'd rather be working somewhere else, they should persue other options by all means. Plenty of people are looking to be employed at places like this by the dozens, and it makes for a great dining experience when the staff is full heartedly present. And this in return also guarantees returning, happy customers!!! This was still a good...

UPDATED TO ADD: Responses to reviews seem to be manned by a bot. It took them 11 months to respond to my comment and looking through other reviews involving contaminated food, rude staff, etc. the response is simply "sorry it was bad, give us another shot!" If this is how much care and effort they're putting into responding to people's concerns, I can only imagine that little care is put into preparing their food. My review stands. This place is NOT worth it. What a disappointment! My family had been looking forward to trying the DogHaus since it's installation. Inside the restaurant is quite loud, even with less than a dozen people, making it difficult to hear the person taking our order.

The food itself was incredibly disappointing. It's near impossible to pick up the sausage sandwiches. Toppings were cold, the bread fell apart. The cole slaw was just gross. My dad ordered cheese tots and it seemed as though they poured a thin cheese soup over them. They were soggy and the flavor was disappointing.

It was just a sad, pathetic experience and we won't...
