The first time I went into this store the customer service experience was good. He was friendly and helpful. Last night I went in the to purchase an item that is typically very inexpensive everywhere else. Usually .79 - 1.00 per pack of 5. I asked him if he had the item, he said yes and I told him I would take 3 packs. He gave me a flat price of 5 dollars. It was overpriced but seemed even more odd that with sales tax it would come out to an even amount. I didn't want to make a scene so I just paid and left. I would have been ok had his price just been high on that item. He can charge whatever he wants and the consumer can make the decision what they want to spend but it just didn't seem right. So I later called them to find out the price on one of that same item and was told 99 cents so basically he ripped me off. I will never go back in there again and I will share this experience with everyone I can. I hope he enjoys the extra money he made on me by being dishonest. He won't get anymore...

Horrible Customer Service

I tried going there last week , the Indian gentlemen working there was having a great conversation with a person who was leaving the store. When I asked him a few questions and he would not even look me in the face…I got angry and walked out of the store.

I decided to give them another shot. This time an older black gentleman was in the store. He did not greet me as I walked in. I bought two items and went to buy them. He was very short and curt with a slight edge to his voice… as if he was expecting me to give him a bad attitude.He did not tell me thanks for my purchase. When I tried to engage him to see if he was a veteran because he was wearing dog tags he ignored me.

Folks here are always nice, especially if you come here regularly. Good prices on loose tobacco and tubes. I recommend going online and learning about various equipment before shopping. I recommend American Spirit. They carry it in the coffee can size. They have larger bags of loose tobacco for less, but notice I Jones more. I typically roll using Shargio King size tubes. They have plenty of other brands. Some work better on certain rolling machines than others. I use a mechanical hand crank device. They carry two or three different ones. Due to their return policy, you can't open the machines. Again, go online and do your homework. The folks here will help, but typically stay behind the counter...
