Leo and Katreyal were both very accommodating and knowledgeable! I went in for a new screen protector and Katreyal was nice enough to inform me of the Samsung promotions they currently had. I was due for an upgrade but had no intentions on getting a new phone. After Katreyal told me about the awesome Samsung promotion, I was sold! Katreyal and Leo both assisted me and even stayed late, past closing time to assist. I have never received top notch customer service like I did from Katreyal and Leo! I am sending all of my friends and family to this location! Allison was also very helpful and knowledgeable as well! EDIT: I went back to the tmobile store today bc my screen protector was put on crooked, and I realized they didn't put my phone box nor my receipt in my bag. So of course, none of the associates I dealt with were there. The lady that did help me was not very friendly, nor did she care that I upgraded to the newest phone and did not get the box or anything that was inside. She offered me a USED charging cord to make up for it. I told her that wasnt the point. The box adds value to the phone if i ever decided to sell it. She told me i could go to amazon or ebay to try to find a box. I told her i wasnt going to buy another box when i just purchased a $1200 phone that came inside a box! From this experience, I will NEVER go back nor will I refer anyone! Too bad I had to change this from a 5* to a 1* review. Could have kept the 5* review only if the lady I had to deal with today was friendly, but she wasn't at all! Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went inside this store today to pick up my warranty exchange after previously having claim switched from Asurion due to being told that the claim would be have to be processed through T Mobile directly due to it being a mechanical issue. Already an inconvenience right. So I then proceed to call t Mobile to update claim to warranty with rep. She filed warranty and provided info. Of this store to pick up warranty when it was ready for pick up. She informed that the phone could not have any physical damage and would be tested with LTD kit and if phone is found to have liquid damage there would be a fee associated. In the notes, the previous t Mobile rep. Had already noted that the battery had swelling when addition claim was filed and it was also reported to T Mobile for warranty. I arrived at the store for pick up once I received text message that my phone was ready and the store manager Roemelle denied me the warranty exchange stating that the phone did not qualify due to swelling and refused to do a liquid test as they are suppose to do. Inspite of me calling T Mobile and them stating I had done all I was asked to do and stating the warranty is authorized, he still refused doing the LTD TEST ON THE PHONE as instructed. Iām now STILL WITHOUT A PROPER working phone after doing all I was instructed to do as well as paying for insurance, phone bill, etc. Roemelle also proceeded to tell me he would not be getting me in touch with his boss and was very rude and unapologetic to the disservice to me. I normally like this store but I came in to have my screen protector replaced and the lady who helped me was completely incompetent. It was a type of screen protector she never did before and I get it, I was trying to be understanding. She didn't even bother reading the directions that came in the packet. It was to the point where I was trying to explain to her how to do it. I wish I would've tried to do it myself. She just threw it on leaving a HUGE crease. When I mean huge, like I couldn't believe my eyes that she didn't immediately lift it back up to try again. Part of the protector was bulging up so badly I was worried the it was gonna get stuck to itself and mess it up even more. She instead kept going. There was a ton bubbles inevitably, so she proceeded to take the screen protector off to try again. When she did that she literally grabbed it by the sticky side, which if you don't know, leaves permanent finger smudges on the screen protector. It was an almost surreal experience because I could not believe this is how she thought she should replace this thing. All she could say was sorry and order me a new one, which I already had to wait the better part of a week to get the one she ruined. Would NOT recommend letting...
