I have spoke with David the owner of Aquawave carwash and he explained to me in detail what had happened and why they are not liable for other people applying brakes inside the wash tunnel. It was the other vehicle operator error.. and I was wrong.. David was extremely helpful and is proactively helping me work with the insurance company to get my vehicle repaired. He agrees I was not at fault and this isn't the only incident were someone applys their brakes in a carwash. The other driver is legally responsible.. Thanks David for your help in resolving this matter! You are awesome, one stand up guy and I 100% recommend your carwash! 😀
Terrible experience here today.. I went to have my car washed but left with my car damaged and a claim against MY insurance. Because they were very busy the attendant was loading cars into the automated tracks as closely as possible. Also the car wash had been sped up to get them thru faster. This caused a vehicle(V1) nearing the end of the cycle to come off track which caused the vehicle(V2) behind the hit them which inturned kept the automated system running causing my vehicle (V3) to hit vehicle 2. I never saw it coming as I was just entering the wash and windshield had been sprayed with soap completely blocking any view. I didn't know until I felt my vehicle hit V2 and the automated tracks kept pushing my vehicle into V2 harder until it jumped the roller.. to any normal person I'm obviously not at fault, right? Wrong.. there is video footage that the manager would not allow anyone to see other than the officer writting the report. So of course they have a sign that says not liable so what does that mean? The officer writes it up as a 3 car accident and now I have a damaged front bumper on my 45,000 dollar sport car and a claim filed against ME for damages to V2 because the automated car wash ran my car in to the back of it.. you would think they would be responsible? I mean the sign clearly says put your car in neutral do not touch steering wheel or brake? It is in total control of your vehicle.. but they are not liable... I will never return.. and I will continue to tell anyone and everyone about my experience.. shame on you Aqua wash! Shame! You know this...
Read moreI will not be using AquaWave in the future. I have used AquaWave in Belmont since it opened and I have always appreciated my services until today. I paid for the managers special, $22 value, and I did not receive the full service. When I asked the employee why I did not receive the service I paid for, his response consisted of telling me that I created an addition to my vehicle since I have a kayak rack limiting my services. Okay great that makes sense, but I then asked why this information was not disclosed to me prior to purchase and service. He then proceeds to tell me that “it’s common sense” and compared my SUV to a trucks specific wash services that I have no clue about seeing as I don’t own a truck. Great customer service Dude. Yes I did add an addition to my vehicle, but with no warning or notification, how should I have known the full service would have not been provided. I was not and did not EVER ask for a refund or any money back, those words never came out of my mouth. I just wanted an explanation and I felt he was completely rude. He allowed me to speak with the manager who couldn’t tell me much more then “I can’t give you a refund”. Once again I never asked for a refund just an explanation of why this information was not relayed prior to purchase. Really, I am only upset about the fact that I could have paid for the appropriate service up front if information was displayed at the kiosk or if the employees would be transparent about the services they provide. Customer service is a big deal to me and these guys...

I take a truck through this wash. I get tremendous compliments constantly that the truck looks like it was hand detailed, but it isn't. That's how good this place is. It even has under carriage blasters in the wash - this will come in great during winter. I have not waxed my truck since using it too if that tells you something.
I purchased a fast pass with manager's special deal (I think that's the works for everything the wash does). I can go as many times as I want to per month. To make the fast pass worth it in terms of money, I go at least two times a month. That equals the price of two non-fast pass washes. However, I often go weekly.
It is a stay in your car drive through wash with self serve vacuuming and carpet mat cleaning equipment. They scrub for bugs, pressure clean rims, fold your mirrors, and unscrew your antenna for you prior to entering the wash. The carpet mat cleaner is either wet or dry depending on what you select. Both vacuuming and carpet mat equipment are included with the car wash. That's an extra bonus.
I usually bring my own towels to dry the excess water. They do have a vending machine (it accepts credit and debit cards) that has some cleaning chemicals/accessories. You may want to pack...
