SCAM DO NOT BUY THEIR USED CAR BATTERIES!!! I didn't have $200 to spend on a new battery, so I spotted the used batteries on a cart soon as I walked in the store for $42 plus add $20 on for core charge, tax and all came out to be a grand total of $67.40. They lady said they were all just checked yesterday, and they are good, but there's no return policy. We'll guess what, they got me good. Got it home, hooked it up and dead as a door nail. So now I'm out $67.40 and still sitting with no ride. I knew I had jus purchased some magic beans so I called the store and spoke to the woman that sold it to me and explained what happened and told her you guys really got me good on this one, her words were, in her most cheery voice "okay" and hung up on me. So there you go, after 25 years as a loyal customer, they would rather throw my business away for $67.40 and a cheery okay. And hey, that's okay with me too. I will gladly take my business somewhere else. Perhaps to a Godly business that doesn't support a leftist agenda. at least I can get on here and tell it. And yes, I'm that petty. I will not buy anything else from them. Thanks for nothing, and thank you for opening my eyes. I'm not even mad, I honestly appreciate you guys letting me know who you really are and who I've been doing business with all these years. Must Read Must Read BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVVVVER!!! Travis was handpicked and Heaven sent from God himself!! I was travel for the holidays with 5 kids. (6/2/22) Hours from home and 1.5 hours from my destination. Car overheated on the highway. Managed to make it to this Auto store. Walked in store, Travis immediately seen the frantic look in my face and asked if I was ok. I replied No and explained the issue. He said, don’t worry I will do what ever I can to help. He said, bring the kids in from the heat, let the car cool off so I can check it out. The staff, Lucia, Anthony, Josh and Jayah were all so friendly and welcoming to us. Travis then went above and wayyyy beyond great customer service. He figure out the issue AND FIXED my car so that me and my children could make it to our destination!! I can’t thank...

The manager alone is what has led me here for this one star. On a rainy morning my car broke down, I walked half a mile to this store which opened at 7:30 AM. Arriving soaked at 7:27 AM, the ‘manager’ let his fellow employees in the front door and then proceeded to re-lock it. Wouldn’t make eye contact with me and then walked behind the counter to not be seen again. When I knocked on the door at 7:31 AM he looked at be like I was the indecent human being.
