These guys are the absolute best in town! I have an older washer and dryer that Brad came out and diagnosed a bad/leaking transmission on my washer. After ordering a new transmission 3 separate times, all 3 of them brand new from the factory but defective as discovered by Brad after installing the first 2 at my home and the 3rd at his shop, he stepped outside of the box and ordered a transmission seal kit, which is unheard of. After all his efforts and work over 3 visit attempts to fix our washer and deal with the factory, Brad gave us our new invoice and a check for the difference in price - plus my old washer working great again! We bought our fridge from them July 2015. They offer a 30 in house warranty on it. We got it for $375 and when I looked up a new one for that model it was $1200-$1500 (depending on the vendor). We just bought a house and didn't have much extra spending money and didn't want to finance a appliance. We thought it would be a good temporary fridge till we could afford a new one. They had someone come out who was very knowledgeable, and showed me exactly what my problem was. He also explained that fixing it may cost more than a new dryer. They happened to have a used dryer and will be delivering when the rain goes away! They are definitely someone I would recommend my family and friends....
