I'm Definitely a craft beer drinker, and after the upgrade, discount liquor greatly expanded their selection. No more having to drive out of town to find the more sought after brews! I wish they would have put the parking lot where the building is and vice-versa though, as the building itself is a bit of an eyesore on the corner. I like the architecture, however, it takes up a lot of real estate right on the corner of the street. Staff is alwaysfriendly, and there is often really good sales on some of the beers that I always take advantage of. if you don't feel like driving out of town to beehive liquor, my second favorite establishment this is a great joint to buy your brews and spirits. It may not be a locally owned small business but you know the taxes you pay here go towards city...

I came in, by myself. I happened to see a friend and the counter lady assumed we were shopping for together. I, having a valid ID was shopping for a tops shelf wiskey (glennfiddich) and a nice mix able rum. I found them, and a pack of pop. I went to the counter where my friend walked up with some wine. I attended to but my merchandise so they denied me because we were "shopping together". I cannot buy mine because she doesn't have a valid I'd? I don't think so. If I was to but and distribute to minors, that's on me. furthermore, when I go in, I blow 50 at a minimum. you have lost my business and I will not be back. that was beyond unprofessional. I liked your store due to variety and some beers I used to drink...

So I went in there today, picked out my purchase and brought it to the counter. I have been there a number of times.

The lady behind the counter, gray hair, blunt bangs, old as dirt got all bug eyed looking at my ID. She asked me the date. I said "Umm April 2nd" Jackpot. Correct date.

She said she could not sell to me because my license was expired, which is fair enough, I need to go to the DMV and get my license renewed.

But this lady went out of her way to put me on the spot and embarrass me. I will not be going back there, and I will tell everyone that I know to not go there either.

I went somewhere else and completed my purchase.
